Claims (9)
1. Насосное устройство, в частности насосное устройство с магнитной муфтой, содержащее внутреннее пространство, образованное корпусом насоса указанного насосного устройства, герметизирующий стакан, герметично уплотняющий заключенную в нем камеру относительно внутреннего пространства, образованного корпусом насоса, вал рабочего колеса, приводимый во вращение вокруг оси вращения, рабочее колесо, установленное на одном конце вала рабочего колеса, внутренний ротор, расположенный на другом конце вала рабочего колеса, приводной двигатель, приводной вал, приводимый приводным двигателем во вращение вокруг оси А вращения, и внешний ротор, установленный на приводном валу и взаимодействующий с внутренним ротором, причем внешний ротор имеет ступицу с образованной проходным отверстием внутренней поверхностью ступицы, в которой выполнен осевой паз, проходящий параллельно оси вращения и взаимодействующий с вставленной в шпоночный паз приводного вала призматической шпонкой, отличающееся тем, что во внутренней поверхности (28) ступицы выполнены по меньшей мере один радиально окружной первый паз (30) и по меньшей мере один радиально окружной второй паз (31), причем по меньшей мере в двух из этих пазов (30, 31) установлено пригоночное кольцо (34, 35).
2. Насосное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере в одном или нескольких из первых пазов (30) и в одном или нескольких из вторых пазов (31) установлено пригоночное кольцо (34, 35).
3. Насосное устройство по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что в одном из первых пазов (30) установлено одно пригоночное кольцо (34) и в одном из вторых пазов (31) установлено одно пригоночное кольцо (35).
4. Насосное устройство по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что это насосное устройство (1) выполнено в виде блочной конструкции.
5. Насосное устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один первый паз (30) выполнен в той области внутренней поверхности (28) ступицы, которая в осевом направлении находится по существу между центром ступицы (23) и первым несущим элементом (25), и по меньшей мере один второй паз (31) выполнен в той области внутренней поверхности (28) ступицы, которая проходит по существу от центра ступицы (23) и подходит близко к концу ступицы (23), противоположному первому несущему элементу (25).
6. Насосное устройство по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что наружная боковая поверхность (24) ступицы (23) выполнена гладкой.
7. Насосное устройство по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что во внешнем роторе (22) предусмотрено резьбовое отверстие (37), выполненное в области первого несущего элемента (25).
8. Насосное устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что резьбовое отверстие (37) имеет больший диаметр, чем предусмотренное в приводном вале (20) глухое резьбовое отверстие (36).
9. Насосное устройство по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что пригоночные кольца (34, 35) имеют такие размеры, что они не могут войти в шпоночный паз (32), вмещающий призматическую шпонку (33).
