Claims (5)
- インペラ回転軸(10)を有する、磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプであって、
ポンプケース(12)と、
前記インペラ回転軸(10)を中心として回転可能に設置される前記ポンプケース(12)におけるインペラハブ(15)を含む、オープンベーンインペラ(14)と、
前記ポンプケース(12)に対して固定されるスタフィングボックスアウター(18)および前記インペラ回転軸(10)を中心として前記インペラ回転軸(10)の周りに延びるねじ構造によって前記スタフィングボックスアウター(18)にねじ係合されるスタフィングボックスインナー(20)を含む、スタフィングボックス(16)と、
軸方向に固定され、前記スタフィングボックスインナー(20)の中で前記インペラ回転軸(10)を中心として回転可能に設置される、ロータ(26)と、を備え、前記インペラ(14)は、前記ロータ(26)とともに回転するように固定されており、前記磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプはさらに、
前記ポンプケース(12)に対する軸方向の相対位置が固定された駆動部(28)であって、前記インペラ回転軸(10)を中心として回転可能に設置される駆動出力(29)を含み、前記駆動出力(29)が前記スタフィングボックス(16)の中に位置するように延在する、駆動部(28)と、
前記ロータ(26)と前記駆動出力(29)との間の、磁気結合(31)と、
前記スタフィングボックス(16)に固定され、前記磁気結合(31)を通って延在して前記ロータ(26)を前記駆動部(28)から隔離する、キャニスタ(36)と、を備える、磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプ。 - 前記ロータ(26)と前記スタフィングボックスインナー(20)との間の、環状ロータブッシュ(38)と、
前記インペラハブ(15)と前記スタフィングボックスインナー(20)との間の、環状インペラブッシュ(40)と、
2つの対向するスラストブッシュ(42,44)と、をさらに備え、前記対向するスラストブッシュの第1のもの(44)は、前記スタフィングボックスインナー(20)と前記ロータ(26)との間にあり、かつ前記スタフィングボックスインナー(20)および前記ロータ(26)の両方に当接する、請求項1に記載の磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプ。 - 前記スタフィングボックスインナー(20)は、前記スタフィングボックスインナーから取外し可能な取外し可能キャップ(24)を含み、2つの前記スラストブッシュの第2のもの(42)は、前記取外し可能キャップ(24)と前記ロータ(26)との間にある、請求項2に記載の磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプ。
- 前記環状インペラブッシュ(40)は、前記インペラハブ(15)に係合する、請求項2に記載の磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプ。
- 前記スタフィングボックス(16)に設置され、内側に延在して前記駆動出力(29)を周方向に取り囲む、ラブリング(52)をさらに備え、前記駆動出力(29)は、外周リング(54)を含み、前記ラブリング(52)は、前記外周リング(54)に向かって延在しており、前記外周リング(54)は、最大圧縮変形を有し、前記キャニスタ(36)は、前記最大圧縮変形よりも大きい距離で前記駆動出力(29)から径方向に離間されている、請求項1に記載の磁気的に駆動される遠心ポンプ。
