Claims (10)
- ポンプ装置のポンプケーシングによって形成された内部空間と、閉込缶であって、前記閉込缶によって包囲されたチャンバを前記ポンプケーシングによって形成された前記内部空間に対して気密封止している閉込缶と、回転軸を中心として回転するように駆動可能になっているインペラシャフトと、前記インペラシャフトの一端に配置されたインペラと、前記インペラシャフトの他端に配置されたインナーロータと、前記インナーロータと相互作用するようになっているアウターロータとを備えるポンプ装置において、
前記閉込缶(10)を前記ポンプケーシング(2)または前記ポンプケーシング(2)に付随する構成要素のケーシングカバー(4)に接続する種々のアダプター要素(39)であって、前記内部空間(11)側に位置し、前記ケーシングカバー(4)の当接面(15)に当接する取付けフランジ(40)を有している、種々のアダプター要素(39)によって特徴付けられ、
前記ケーシングカバー(4)の方向を向く前記アウターロータ(38)の端の外周面は、半径方向へ向かって突出し、円周に沿って設けられる突起(48)を有し、
前記突起(48)は、前記アウターロータ(38)の端部まで延在し、前記アダプター要素(39)に設けられたリング(47)の内側に配置されている、磁気カップリングポンプ装置であるポンプ装置。 - 前記当接面(15)は、軸方向に凹んだ領域(42)を有しており、該領域内に、前記取付けフランジ(40)に形成された心出しリング(44)が係合するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記取付けフランジ(40)から離れて前記閉込缶(10)側に位置する側において、前記アダプター要素(39)は、多数のネジ孔(45)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記取付けフランジ(40)から離れて前記閉込缶(10)側に位置する側において、軸方向において前記内部空間(11)内にさらに延在する前記リング(47)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記アダプター要素(39)の外側形状は、実質的に円錐状の輪郭を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記アダプター要素(39)は、前記取付けフランジ(40)から前記リング(47)に向かって細くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記ケーシングカバー(4)の方向を向く前記アウターロータ(38)の端は、減少した外径の領域(50)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記インペラ(23)と前記インナーロータ(24)との間には、前記インペラシャフト(20)に操作可能に接続され、前記回転軸(A)を中心として回転するように駆動可能になっている軸受配列(26)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
- バネ装置(30)が、前記インナーロータ(24)と前記軸受配列(26)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記バネ装置(30)と前記インナーロータ(24)との間には、前記インペラシャフト(20)に押圧されるスペーサスリーブ(49)が位置していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポンプ装置。
