Claims (10)
- 容器と、
第1の内壁を備える内側カバーと、第2の内壁を備える外側カバーと、前記内側カバーと前記外側カバーに接合される液体流路と、を備え、重力式スプレーガンに接合されるように構成されるカバー構体と、
前記容器に接合される通気システムと、
を備えるスプレー塗装システムであって、
前記液体流路は、第1の端部と第2の端部を有し、
前記第2の端部は、前記内側カバーに接合され、且つ前記内側カバーの第1の外壁から突出せず、
前記液体流路は、前記カバー構体内を貫いて、前記容器外へ液体を導くように構成され、
前記通気システムは、
前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁と、前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁の間のバッファー室と、
前記外側カバーに接合される第1通気導管と、
前記内側カバーに接合される第2通気導管と、
を備え、
前記第1通気導管は、前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁から、前記バッファー室の中に、前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁に向かって突出し、
前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁と前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁は、前記第1通気導管の軸に沿って、離隔距離で離隔し、
前記第1通気導管は、前記第1通気導管の前記軸に沿って、前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁から、前記バッファー室の中を、前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁に向かって、第1距離で延伸し、
前記第1距離は、前記離隔距離の少なくとも50%以上であり、
前記第2通気導管は、前記容器内と流通可能になるように、前記バッファー室から前記容器の中に延伸することを特徴とするスプレー塗装システム。 - 前記第1通気導管は、表面張力によって液体が流れるのを妨げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 前記第1通気導管は、テーパー角を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 前記第2通気導管は、前記第1通気導管から離隔していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 前記第1および第2通気導管は、前記バッファー室を介して前記第1および第2通気導管内を互いに流通可能とするための開口部をそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 重力式スプレーガンと、
容器と、
第1の内壁を備える内側カバーと、第2の内壁を備える外側カバーと、前記内側カバーと前記外側カバーに接合される液体流路と、を備えるカバー構体と、
重力式スプレーガンに接合される通気システムと、
を備えるスプレー塗装システムであって、
前記液体流路は、第1の端部と第2の端部を有し、
前記第2の端部は、前記内側カバーに接合され、且つ前記内側カバーの第1の外壁から突出せず、
前記液体流路は、前記カバー構体内を貫いて、前記容器外へ液体を導くように構成され、
前記通気システムは、
前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁と、前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁の間のバッファー室と、
前記外側カバーに接合される第1通気導管と、
前記内側カバーに接合される第2通気導管と、
を備え、
前記重力式スプレーガンの上方に設けられ、
前記第1通気導管は、前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁から、前記バッファー室の中に、前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁に向かって突出し、
前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁と前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁は、前記第1通気導管の軸に沿って、離隔距離で離隔し、
前記第1通気導管は、前記第1通気導管の前記軸に沿って、前記外側カバーの前記第2の内壁から、前記バッファー室の中を、前記内側カバーの前記第1の内壁に向かって、第1距離で延伸し、
前記第1距離は、前記離隔距離の少なくとも50%以上であり、
前記第2通気導管は、前記容器内と流通可能になるように、前記バッファー室から前記容器の中に延伸することを特徴とするスプレー塗装システム。 - 前記第2通気導管は、前記第1通気導管から離隔していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 前記第1および第2通気導管は、前記バッファー室を介して前記第1および第2通気導管内を互いに流通可能とするための開口部をそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 前記第1通気導管は、テーパー角を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
- 前記通気システムは、前記重力式スプレーガンに対する前記通気システムの位置を調整するアライメントガイドを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスプレー塗装システム。
