(ここで、これらの値は該合金の重量百分率(重量%)に関係しており、そして、該合金の100重量%まではマグネシウム並びに製造時に生じる不純物であり、そして、セリウムのランタンに対する割合は2:1である。)
本発明の特徴は次のとおりである。
1. 次の組成のアルミニウム不含のマグネシウム合金。
マンガン 1.4〜2.2
セリウム 0.4〜4.0
ランタン 0.2〜2.0
スカンジウム 0.0001〜5
(ここで、これらの値は該合金の重量百分率(重量%)に関係しており、そして、該合金の100重量%まではマグネシウム並びに製造時に生じる不純物であり、そして、セリウムのランタンに対する割合は2:1である。)
2. 前記マグネシウム合金が、押出形材及び/又はダイキャスト形材を製造するために使用されることを特徴とする、上記の特徴1に記載のアルミニウム不含のマグネシウム合金。
3. 前記マグネシウム合金が、延伸溶接ワイヤを製造するために使用されることを特徴とする、上記の特徴1に記載のアルミニウム不含のマグネシウム合金。
Claims (4)
- マンガン 1.4〜2.2重量%
セリウム 0.4〜4.0重量%
ランタン 0.2〜2.0重量%
及び、残部のマグネシウム並びに製造時に生じる不純物の組成を有するアルミニウム不含のマグネシウム合金であって、
該合金に0.15重量%のスカンジウムが添加され、そして、該合金におけるセリウムのランタンに対する重量割合が2:1であることを特徴とする、上記のアルミニウム不含のマグネシウム合金。 - 97.15重量%のマグネシウム、1.8重量%のマンガン、0.6重量%のセリウム、0.3重量%のランタン及び0.15重量%のスカンジウムからなる、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム不含のマグネシウム合金。
- 押出形材を製造するための、請求項1または2に記載の合金の使用。
- 延伸溶接ワイヤを製造するための請求項1または2に記載の合金の使用。
