Description
Claims (15)
- ネック領域(11)及び該ネック領域(11)に隣接した拡張領域(12)を有するボルト(10)であって、該ボルト(10)の該拡張領域(12)が前記ネック領域(11)に向けて先細状をなし、前記ネック領域(11)に前記ボルト(10)に沿って長手方向に延びる溝(15)を有する、ボルト(10)と、
前記ボルト(10)を少なくとも部分的に囲む拡張スリーブ(20)であって、内部に畝状部(25)を有し、該畝状部(25)が前記ネック領域(11)の前記溝(15)に少なくとも部分的に噛み合い、前記拡張スリーブ(20)の壁厚が前記畝状部(25)によって局所的に増加されている、拡張スリーブ(20)と
を具備し、
前記拡張スリーブ(20)の径方向の拡張中、前記拡張スリーブ(20)が前記ボルト(10)に沿い前記ネック領域(11)から前記拡張領域(12)に変位可能である拡張アンカー(1)において、
前記ネック領域(11)から前記拡張領域(12)への前記拡張スリーブ(20)の変位中、前記畝状部(25)は少なくとも部分的に前記拡張領域(12)に進行し、前記拡張領域(12)によって径方向外側に押し付けられることを特徴とする拡張アンカー(1)。 - 前記拡張領域(12)に向かう前記拡張スリーブ(20)の端面(21)からの前記畝状部(25)の距離は、前記畝状部(25)の高さの10倍、5倍又は2倍よりも小さいことを特徴する請求項1に記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記ボルト(10)の前記ネック領域(11)に備えられた前記溝(15)は、前記ボルト(10)の前記拡張領域(12)まで延びていることを特徴する請求項1又は2に記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記ボルト(10)の前記ネック領域(11)は、前記ボルト(10)に沿って延びる複数の溝(15)を有し、前記拡張スリーブ(20)はその内側に複数の畝状部(25)を有し、これら畝状部(25)のそれぞれにて前記拡張スリーブ(20)の壁厚が局所的に増加され、前記畝状部(25)のそれぞれが前記ネック領域(11)にて前記溝(15)の1つに少なくとも部分的に噛み合い、前記ネック領域(11)からの前記拡張スリーブ(20)の変位中、複数の畝状部(25)が少なくとも部分的に前記拡張領域(12)に進み、前記拡張領域(12)から径方向外側に押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記ボルト(10)の前記拡張領域(12)は少なくとも部分的に非円形の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記ボルト(10)は前記溝(15)の延長上の前記拡張領域(12)の少なくとも一部にて、前記溝(15)に対してオフセットした部位よりも大きい勾配を有するか、又は、前記ボルト(10)は前記溝(15)の延長上の前記拡張領域(12)の少なくとも一部にて、前記溝(15)に対してオフセットした部位よりも小さい勾配を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記ボルト(10)は前記ネック領域(11)及び/又は前記拡張領域(12)の少なくとも一部に回転対称な横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記拡張領域(12)における前記ボルト(10)の外面は、前記ネック領域(11)に該ボルト(10)の前記外面で常時隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記畝状部(25)は、前記拡張領域(12)の端面側にて面取り(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 前記ボルト(10)は前記溝(15)に接着剤被膜(19)を有し、該接着剤被膜(19)は前記拡張スリーブ(20)の前記畝状部(25)によって活性化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)。
- 請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)を製造する製造方法において、
前記拡張アンカー(1)の前記ボルト(10)は第1ブランクから形成され、前記拡張アンカー(1)の前記拡張スリーブ(20)は第2ブランクから形成されることを特徴とする拡張アンカーの製造方法。 - 前記畝状部(25)は、前記拡張スリーブ(20)の内側に圧延プロセスにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の拡張アンカーの製造方法。
- 前記圧延プロセスは少なくとも1つの成形ロールを使用し、
前記成形ロールの回転軸線は、前記畝状部(25)に対して少なくとも45°よりも小さい角度を存して、前記成形ロールに対して平行に走っていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の拡張アンカーの製造方法。 - 前記溝(15)の形成後、前記第1ブランクにコーティング液が塗布され、この後、前記第1ブランクがその長手軸線回りに回転されて、前記コーティング液が前記溝(15)外に蓄積し、局所的に増加した層厚でもって硬化することを特徴とする請求項11〜13の何れか1つに記載の拡張アンカーの製造方法。
- 孔を有する基盤(5)と、請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の拡張アンカー(1)とからなる配置構成であって、
前記拡張アンカー(1)は前記孔内に配置され、前記ボルト(1)の前記拡張領域(12)は前記孔の壁に対し、前記畝状部(25)にて前記拡張スリーブ(20)を押し付ける配置構成。
