Description
対応する雄型管継手部材に取り外し可能に連結される雌型管継手部材であって、
該雄型管継手部材を受け入れる筒状周壁部、及び該筒状周壁部に径方向で貫通するように形成された施錠子保持孔を有する継手本体と、
該施錠子保持孔内に配置された施錠子であって、該筒状周壁部内に受け入れた雄型管継手部材を施錠するように該筒状周壁部から内側に一部が突出した施錠位置と、該雄型管継手部材に対する施錠を解除するように該施錠位置よりも外側に位置し該筒状周壁部から外側に一部が突出した施錠解除位置との間で変位可能とされた施錠子と、
内周面及び外周面を有し、該筒状周壁部を周方向で囲むように配置され、該筒状周壁部の外周面に沿って変位可能とされたスリーブであって、該スリーブの該内周面から該外周面に貫通し、該内周面に開口する内側開口周縁部、該外周面に開口する外側開口周縁部、及び該内側開口周縁部と外側開口周縁部との間に延びる孔内周面とを有する施錠子受入孔を有し、該施錠子受入孔が該施錠子保持孔と径方向で整合して該筒状周壁部から外側に突出する該施錠子の一部を受け入れて該施錠子が該施錠解除位置となることを許容する施錠子解放位置と、該施錠子受入孔が該施錠子保持孔と径方向で整合せず該スリーブの該内周面によって該施錠子を該施錠位置に保持する施錠保持位置との間で変位可能とされ、該スリーブが該施錠子解放位置にあるときに該施錠子受入孔の該内側開口周縁部、該外側開口周縁部、及び該孔内周面のうちの何れかが該施錠子に係合して、該施錠子が該スリーブを径方向外側に通過するのを阻止するようになされている、スリーブと、
を備える雌型管継手部材を提供する。

該雌型管継手部材に取り外し可能に連結される雄型管継手部材と、
を備える、管継手を提供する。

Claims (6)
- 対応する雄型管継手部材に取り外し可能に連結される雌型管継手部材であって、
該雄型管継手部材を受け入れる筒状周壁部、及び該筒状周壁部に径方向で貫通するように形成された施錠子保持孔を有する継手本体と、
該施錠子保持孔内に配置された施錠子であって、該筒状周壁部内に受け入れた雄型管継手部材を施錠するように該筒状周壁部から内側に一部が突出した施錠位置と、該雄型管継手部材に対する施錠を解除するように該施錠位置よりも外側に位置し該筒状周壁部から外側に一部が突出した施錠解除位置との間で変位可能とされた施錠子と、
内周面及び外周面を有し、該筒状周壁部を周方向で囲むように配置され、該筒状周壁部の外周面に沿って変位可能とされたスリーブであって、該スリーブの該内周面から該外周面に貫通し、該内周面に開口する内側開口周縁部、該外周面に開口する外側開口周縁部、及び該内側開口周縁部と外側開口周縁部との間に延びる孔内周面とを有する施錠子受入孔を有し、該施錠子受入孔が該施錠子保持孔と径方向で整合して該筒状周壁部から外側に突出する該施錠子の一部を受け入れて該施錠子が該施錠解除位置となることを許容する施錠子解放位置と、該施錠子受入孔が該施錠子保持孔と径方向で整合せず該スリーブの該内周面によって該施錠子を該施錠位置に保持する施錠保持位置との間で変位可能とされ、該スリーブが該施錠子解放位置にあるときに該施錠子受入孔の該内側開口周縁部、該外側開口周縁部、及び該孔内周面のうちの何れかが該施錠子に係合して、該施錠子が該スリーブを径方向外側に通過するのを阻止するようになされている、スリーブと、
を備える雌型管継手部材。 - 該施錠子が球形の部材であり、該施錠子受入孔が該施錠子の直径よりも小さい直径を有する円形の孔である、請求項1に記載の雌型管継手部材。
- 該スリーブの該内周面に凹部が形成され、該施錠子受入孔の該内側開口周縁部が、該凹部に開口して該継手本体の外周面から離れた位置となるようにされ、該スリーブが該施錠子解放位置にあるときに該内側開口周縁部が該施錠子に係合するようにされた、請求項1又は2に記載の雌型管継手部材。
- 該施錠子が該施錠解除位置にあるときに、該施錠子の径方向での頂部の位置が、該スリーブの該外周面と略面一となる、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の雌型管継手部材。
- 該継手本体に設けられた第1ガイド部と、該スリーブに設けられた第2ガイド部と、をさらに備え、該スリーブを該施錠子保持位置から該施錠子解放位置に変位させるときに、該第1ガイド部と該第2ガイド部とが係合して、該スリーブが該施錠子解放位置に向かってガイドされるようにされた、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の雌型管継手部材。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の雌型管継手部材と、
該雌型管継手部材に取り外し可能に連結される雄型管継手部材と、
を備える、管継手。
