Claims (3)
- 幅方向に長くスラリーを溜める空間からなる第1のマニホールドと、当該幅方向に広いスリットを経由して当該第1のマニホールドと繋がり、スラリーを基材に対して吐出する吐出口とが形成されたダイと、
前記スリットの途中に設けられた前記幅方向に長い第2のマニホールドと、
前記第1のマニホールドに連通している流入部から前記第1のマニホールドにスラリーを供給する供給手段と、を備え、
前記第2のマニホールドの容積は、前記第1のマニホールドの容積よりも小さく、
前記第2のマニホールド上において前記流入部から前記吐出口への最短経路と交わる部分には、スラリーを流出させることにより前記吐出口からのスラリーの吐出量を調整する調整部が1つ設けられていることを特徴とする、電池用極板の製造装置。 - 前記流入部および前記調整部は、前記スリットの中心線に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池用極板の製造装置。
- 前記第2のマニホールドは、下部は前記スリットを形成する面と面一の平坦面であり、前記スリットとの接続部より上の部分は角部を有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の電池用極板の製造装置。
