Claims (5)
- 組成式が以下の一般式(I)で表されることを特徴とする近赤外発光蛍光体。
(Y1−x−yCexCry)3Al5O12 (I)
ただし、xの範囲が、0.001≦x<0.50、yの範囲が、0.001<y<0.05を満たす。 - 前記xの範囲が、0.001≦x≦0.350である請求項1に記載の近赤外発光蛍光体。
- 前記yの範囲が、0.002≦y≦0.026である請求項1または2に記載の近赤外発光蛍光体。
- 下記いずれかの組成式で表されることを特徴とする近赤外発光蛍光体。
(Lu0.983Ce0.009Cr0.008)3Al5O12
(Y0.9735Ce0.0125Cr0.014)3(Al0.8Ga0.2)5O12
(Y0.7836Gd0.1959Ce0.0125Cr0.008)3Al5O12
(Y0.927La0.05Ce0.009Cr0.014)3Al5O12
(Y0.9715Pr0.002Ce0.0125Cr0.014)3Al5O12
(Y0.927Tb0.05Ce0.009Cr0.014)3Al5O12 - 励起吸収スペクトルのピーク波長が420nmから470nmの範囲内であり、
発光スペクトルが、650nmから750nmの波長範囲内に発光強度の第一の極大と、500nmから600nmの波長範囲内に発光強度の第二の極大を有し、
前記第二の極大よりも前記第一の極大の発光強度が大きい請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の近赤外発光蛍光体。
