Description
Claims (13)
- 内管と、
再生材料ではない材料から生成されたポリエチレンにより形成され、不透湿性を有する外装材と、
円形の断面を有し、前記内管と前記外装との間に介装されて前記内管に巻き付けられた加熱体とを備え、
前記加熱体は、
第1金属材料により形成されて導電性を有する中実の単一素線からなる内側芯材と、
第2金属材料により形成されて導電性及び耐食性を有し、前記内側芯材を覆って腐食性物質から前記内側芯材を保護する外側被覆体とを備える
ことを特徴とする加熱式流体供給管。 - 前記外側被覆体は、水に対する耐食性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱式流体供給管。
- 前記内管は、
ナイロン製ホースと、
前記ナイロン製ホースを覆う編組被覆と、
前記編組被覆を覆うポリウレタン製被覆と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱式流体供給管。 - 前記内側芯材は、銅線からなり、
前記外側被覆体はスズからなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱式流体供給管。 - 前記内側芯材は、銅線からなり、
前記外側被覆体は、銀からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱式流体供給管。 - 前記内側芯材は、スズ、鉄、及びニッケルクローム合金の群から選択され、
前記外側被覆体は、スズ、銀、及びニッケルの群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱式流体供給管。 - 第1ポンプと、
前記第1ポンプを作動させる駆動機構と、
前記第1ポンプの流入口に供給される材料を加熱する加熱機構と、
前記第1ポンプの流出口から吐出される材料を供給するガンと、
前記第1ポンプの前記流出口を前記ガンに接続する第1加熱式ホースとを備え、
前記第1加熱式ホースは、
コアホースと、
金属被覆されて円形断面を有し、前記コアホースに巻き付けられた加熱体と、
再生材料ではない材料から生成されたポリエチレンにより形成されて不透湿性を有し、前記加熱体及び前記コアホースを覆う外装材とを備え、
前記加熱体は、
第1金属材料により形成されて導電性を有する中実の単一素線からなる導電芯線と、
第2金属材料により形成されて導電性及び耐食性を有し、前記導電芯線を覆って前記導電芯線の腐食を防止する外側被覆体とを有する
ことを特徴とする加熱式流体供給システム。 - 前記コアホースは、
可撓管と、
前記可撓管を同心状に覆う編組補強層と、
前記編組補強層を同心状に覆う被覆と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱式流体供給システム。 - 前記導電芯線は、銅からなり、
前記外側被覆体は、スズ、銀、及びニッケルからなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱式流体供給システム。 - 前記導電芯線は、スズ、鉄、及びニッケルクロム合金からなる群から選択され、
前記外側被覆体は、スズ、銀、及びニッケルからなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱式流体供給システム。 - 前記駆動機構により作動する第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプの流出口を前記ガンに接続する第2加熱式ホースとを更に備え、
前記加熱機構は、前記第2ポンプの流入口に供給される材料を加熱し、
前記ガンは、前記第1ポンプの流出口から吐出される材料と、前記第2ポンプの流出口から吐出される材料とを混合し、
前記第2加熱式ホースは、
コアホースと、
金属被覆されて円形断面を有し、前記第2加熱式ホースの前記コアホースに巻き付けられた加熱体と、
再生材料ではない材料から生成されたポリエチレンにより形成されて不透湿性を有し、前記第2加熱式ホースの前記加熱体及び前記コアホースを覆う外装材とを備え、
前記第2加熱式ホースの前記加熱体は、
導電性を有する導電芯線と、
金属材料により形成されて導電性及び耐食性を有し、前記第2加熱式ホースの前記導電芯線を覆って前記第2加熱式ホースの前記導電芯線の腐食を防止する外側被覆体とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱式流体供給システム。 - 可撓性を有したコアホースと、
円形断面を有して前記コアホースに巻き付けられた加熱体と、
再生材料ではない材料から生成されたポリエチレンにより形成されて不透湿性を有し、前記加熱体及びコアホースを覆う外装材とを備え、
前記加熱体は、
第1金属材料により形成されて導電性を有する中実の単一素線からなる内側芯材と、
第2金属材料により形成されて導電性及び耐食性を有し、前記内側芯材を覆って前記内側芯材の腐食を防止する導電性被覆とを有する
ことを特徴とする電熱式ホース。 - 前記導電性被覆は、水に対して耐食性を有していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電熱式ホース。
