상기에서 은성분은 은나노(Silver Nano)형태로 혼합 및/또는 코팅되는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
상기 별도의 발열체(50)는 전기저항열을 발생시키는 물질로 이루어진 선상(line type)의 전열선(51)과, 상기 전열선(51)이 권취되는 섬유재질의 심봉(52)과 상기 전열선(51)이 권취된 심봉(52)의 외주면에 코팅되는 외피(53)로 이루어지는 구조를 가지는 것이 바람직하다

- 플랙시블(flexible)한 관상(tube type)의 심관부재와;상기 심관부재의 외주면에 코일 형상으로 권취되며 전기를 인가받아 발열하는 구리 또는 구리합금으로된 전열선과;상기 전열선이 권취된 심관부재의 외주면에 적층되어 마련되는 외피와;상기 외피의 외주면에 적층 마련되며 열전도률이 높아 외부로 전열선에서 발생된 열을 용이하게 방충할 수 있도록 됨은 물론 전열선에서 열과 함께 방출되어 인체에 유해한 작용을 하는 전자파 및 항균향취를 없앨 수 있도록 숯 및/또는 은이 함유된 혼합물로 이루어진 도포층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상 발열체
