Description

螺旋加熱軟管
本申請案主張西元2007年9月11日提出申請之美國專利申請案序號第60/971,346號的優先權,其內容係引述於此以供參考。
加熱軟管是多種材料之噴灑上所必須的,例如快速固化泡沫。這些軟管是相當的不可撓,而不利於操作者的管控。
螺旋加熱軟管係使用二種結構來增強可撓性。第一種結構是一銅編織加熱元件,其相對於習知技藝之實心加熱元件而言,具有較佳的可撓性。此元件係螺旋狀地捲繞於軟管上,並由一水氣障隔物加以固定在定位上。第二種結構是螺旋扭曲部,其係位於軟管附著於歧管之點的前方。此螺旋結構係由一螺旋支撐件所造成的,該支撐件會在中止端點往回約24英吋的位置處開始形成該扭曲部。此螺旋結構係用以減低繞著二根供料軟管之中心軸線的慣性矩。對於習用加熱軟管要彎折而言,其一根供料軟管必須要壓縮,而另一根則必須要拉伸。藉由讓這些軟管交叉及在彎折的過程中相對滑動,在彎折過程中唯一會感覺到的剛度是軟管本身的剛性。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種加熱軟管總成,用於複數個成份材料,該軟管總成被設計成附著於一軟管歧管和一施加器上,該軟管總成包含:一第一軟管,具有一加熱元件並附著於該軟管歧管上;以及一第二軟管,具有一加熱元件並附著於該軟管歧管上,該第一及第二軟管的至少一部份是以螺旋狀捲繞在一起形成螺旋扭曲部以增加可撓性。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之加熱軟管總成,進一步包含一位於該軟管之間的螺旋支撐件,使得該第一及第二軟管彼此相對而定位。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之加熱軟管總成,其中該螺旋支撐件係V形。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之加熱軟管總成,其中該加熱元件為銅編織加熱元件。
