Description
前記水晶片を励振させる励振電極と、
前記水晶片を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記励振電極に電気的に接続される外部電極と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記外部電極に電気的に接続されるアンテナ部と、
前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極との間に形成され、前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極との間を電気的に絶縁する絶縁部と、
前記筐体に取り付け可能であり、前記筐体に取り付けられた状態では前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極を電気的に接続させる導体と、
一端が前記導体に接続され、他端がグランドに接続される可変コンデンサと、
を含む、水晶振動子が提供される。

水晶片と、
前記水晶片を励振させる励振電極と、
前記水晶片を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記励振電極に電気的に接続される外部電極と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記外部電極に電気的に接続されるアンテナ部とを含む、水晶振動子。

前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極との間に形成され、前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極との間を電気的に絶縁する絶縁部と、
前記筐体に取り付け可能であり、前記筐体に取り付けられた状態では前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極を電気的に接続させる導体とを更に含む、付記1に記載の水晶振動子。

一端が前記導体に接続され、他端がグランドに接続される可変コンデンサを更に含む、付記2に記載の水晶振動子。
(付記4)
前記アンテナ部は、前記筐体の内層又は表面に形成される、付記1又は2に記載の水晶振動子。
(付記5)
前記筐体は、蓋を含む、付記1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の水晶振動子。
(付記6)
前記外部電極は、当該水晶振動子がIC(Integrated Circuit)に接続される際に、前記IC内の増幅器の入力側に接続される第1外部電極と、前記IC内の増幅器の出力側に接続される第2外部電極と含み、
前記アンテナ部は、前記第2外部電極に電気的に接続される、付記1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の水晶振動子。
(付記7)
表面実装タイプである、付記1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の水晶振動子。
(付記8)
水晶振動子における水晶片を励振させる励振電極とアンテナ部との間の絶縁部に導体を配置し、
水晶片を励振させたときに前記アンテナ部から送信される電波を受信し、
前記受信した電波の周波数を解析することを含む、水晶振動子の特性測定方法。
(付記9)
一端が前記導体に接続され、他端がグランドに接続される可変コンデンサの容量を変化させることを更に含み、
前記受信した電波の周波数を解析することは、前記可変コンデンサの容量を変化させたときに変化するピーク周波数に係るピークに基づいて、前記水晶振動子の発振周波数を判断することを含む、付記8に記載の水晶振動子の特性測定方法。

Claims (2)
- 水晶片と、
前記水晶片を励振させる励振電極と、
前記水晶片を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記励振電極に電気的に接続される外部電極と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記外部電極に電気的に接続されるアンテナ部と、
前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極との間に形成され、前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極との間を電気的に絶縁する絶縁部と、
前記筐体に取り付け可能であり、前記筐体に取り付けられた状態では前記アンテナ部と前記外部電極を電気的に接続させる導体と、
一端が前記導体に接続され、他端がグランドに接続される可変コンデンサと、
を含む、水晶振動子。 - 水晶振動子における水晶片を励振させる励振電極とアンテナ部との間の絶縁部に導体を配置し、
前記水晶片を励振させたときに前記アンテナ部から送信される電波を受信し、
前記受信した電波の周波数を解析することを含み、
前記水晶振動子は、前記励振電極に電気的に接続される外部電極を含む、水晶振動子の特性測定方法。
