Claims (8)
- 車両が非公道領域に存在することを判定する判定手段と、
運転者の運転操作を支援する運転支援装置と、
前記判定手段によって車両が非公道領域に存在すると判定されると、前記運転支援装置による運転支援を公道モードから非公道モードに選択可能とする選択手段と、を備え、
前記選択手段は、車両走行可能状態で運転者によって選択可能に構成され、
前記選択手段は、車両を始動する操作がされると前記公道モードを選択し、運転者が前記選択手段を操作することで前記非公道モードを選択し、さらに、前記非公道モードが選択されて走行を開始してから停止状態が所定時間経過すると前記公道モードを選択し、
前記運転支援装置はアンチロックブレーキシステムであり、
前記非公道モードでは、前記アンチロックブレーキシステムの利きを弱くする、またはアンチロック判断を遅らせる、あるいは前記アンチロックブレーキシステムを不動作とするように設定されている車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、前記非公道モードでは、後輪のみ前記アンチロックブレーキシステムを不動作とするように設定されている車両。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両において、さらに、前記判定手段によって車両が非公道領域に存在すると判定されると公道モードおよび非公道モードの選択が可能であることを表示するとともに、非公道モードに選択された場合に非公道モードが選択中であることを表示する表示部を備えた車両。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両において、さらに、公道走行時に走行態様を選択するモード切替スイッチを備え、
前記選択手段は、前記モード切替スイッチが操作されることにより非公道モードの選択を判断する車両。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両において、前記判定手段によって車両が非公道領域に存在すると判定されると、前記公道モードが維持された状態で、前記非公道モードに選択可能な状態となり、
前記選択手段により前記非公道モードが選択されると、前記非公道モードに変更される車両。 - 車両が非公道領域に存在することを判定する判定手段と、
運転者の運転操作を支援する運転支援装置と、
前記判定手段によって車両が非公道領域に存在すると判定されると、前記運転支援装置による運転支援を公道モードから非公道モードに選択可能とする選択手段と、を備え、
前記選択手段は、車両走行可能状態で運転者によって選択可能に構成され、
前記判定手段は、車両の保安部品が取り外されたことで非公道領域を判断する車両。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両において、さらに、認証キーの車体への取り付けを検知したときに、非公道領域を示す信号を出力する取付検知手段を備え、
前記判定手段は、前記取付検知手段からの信号に基づいて、非公道領域を判断する車両。 - 運転者の運転操作を支援する運転支援装置を備える車両における運転支援方法であって、
車両操作が開始される操作開始段階では、前記運転支援装置が必ず公道モードから始まるように運転支援モードが選択され、さらに、非公道モードが選択されて走行を開始してから停止状態が所定時間経過すると前記公道モードが選択され、
判定装置により車両が、予め定める支援選択可能領域に存在することを判定する判定工程と、
前記判定工程で車両が前記支援選択可能領域に存在すると判定された場合にのみ、運転者による選択手段の操作によって前記運転支援装置による運転支援モードを選択可能とする選択工程と、
前記選択工程で選択された運転支援モードに切替えて、運転支援を行う切替工程とを備えた運転支援方法。
