Claims (4)
- 液体に光を連続して照射する光照射部と、
前記光照射部から連続して照射されて前記液体を通った光を連続して受光し、前記連続して受光した光を連続した電気信号に変換する受光部と、
前記受光部で変換した連続した電気信号を第1の倍率で増幅して、連続した信号である粒子検出信号を生成する粒子検出部と、
前記受光部で変換した連続した電気信号を前記第1の倍率より小さい第2の倍率で増幅して、連続した信号である気泡検出信号を生成する気泡検出部と、
前記粒子検出信号と、前記気泡検出信号と、に基づいて、前記液体の汚染度を測定するための信号を生成する汚染度測定部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の測定装置であって、
前記気泡検出部は、前記気泡検出信号の積分値が閾値以上となった場合には、汚染度が測定不能であることを示す信号を出力する
ことを特徴とする測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の測定装置であって、
前記気泡検出部は、前記気泡検出信号の大きさが閾値以上でない場合には、第1の値をとり、前記気泡検出信号の大きさが閾値以上の場合には、気泡が発生していることを示す第2の値であって、前記第1の値より大きい第2の値をとる信号である気泡抑制信号を前記汚染度測定部に出力し、
前記汚染度測定部は、前記気泡抑制信号が前記第1の値をとる場合には、前記粒子検出信号を整流して積分した結果に基づいて汚染度測定信号を生成し、前記気泡抑制信号が前記第2の値をとる場合には、前記粒子検出信号のうちの、前記気泡抑制信号が前記第2の値をとる直前における信号を整流して積分した結果に基づいて汚染度測定信号を生成する
ことを特徴とする測定装置。 - 請求項3に記載の測定装置であって、
前記汚染度測定部は、前記汚染度測定信号に基づいて前記液体の汚染度を判定し、当該判定した結果を出力する
ことを特徴とする測定装置。
