Claims (11)
- 病気もしくは状態の分類もしくは検出を提供するシステムであって、
プロセッサーと、
前記プロセッサーを介したユーザーインターフェースと、
前記プロセッサーがアクセス可能な保存場所と、を有し、
前記保存場所は、スペクトルデータと前記スペクトルデータに対応する病気もしくは状態との関係性を有する保存データが保存されており、
前記プロセッサーは、前記スペクトルデータと生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータとの関係性があるかどうかを特定するために、個体から採取され視覚的画像とともに登録された生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からの入力されたスペクトルデータを、前記スペクトルデータと比較することができ、
さらに前記プロセッサーは、前記スペクトルデータと前記生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータとの関係性がある場合に、前記スペクトルデータに関係付けられた病気もしくは状態の分類もしくは検出を出力できるシステム。 - 病気もしくは状態の分類もしくは検出をコンピューターから提供するための制御ロジックが保存されたコンピューター使用可能媒体を有するコンピュータープログラムプロダクトであって、前記制御ロジックは、
個体から採取され視覚的画像とともに登録された生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータを得るためのコンピューター読み取り可能な第一プログラムコード手段と、
前記生物学的試験片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータを病気もしくは状態と関係付けられた保存されたスペクトルデータと比較するためのコンピューター読み取り可能な第二プログラムコード手段と、
前記スペクトルデータと、前記生物学的試験片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータとの関連性があるかどうかを特定するためのコンピューター読み取り可能な第三プログラムコード手段と、
前記スペクトルデータと前記生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータとの関係性がある場合に、前記スペクトルデータに関係付けられた病気もしくは状態の分類もしくは検出を出力するためのコンピューター読み取り可能な第四プログラムコード手段と、を有するコンピュータープログラムプロダクト。 - 病気もしくは状態の分類もしくは検出を提供する方法であって、該方法はプロセッサーおよびメモリを含むコンピュータデバイスにより実行され、
視覚的画像とともに登録された生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からスペクトルデータを得る工程と、
前記生物学的試片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータと、病気もしくは状態に関係付けられている保存されたスペクトルデータとを比較する工程と、
前記スペクトルデータと前記生物学的試験片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータとの関連性があるかどうかを特定する工程と、
前記スペクトルデータと前記生物学的試験片のスペクトル画像からのスペクトルデータとの関係性がある場合に、前記スペクトルデータに関係付けられた病気もしくは状態の分類もしくは検出を出力する工程と、を含む方法。 - 保存データは複数の画像から得られていて、
保存場所内の前記複数の画像の各々が病気もしくは状態と関係付けられている請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記分類もしくは検出を出力する前記工程は、前記病気もしくは状態をコンピュータースクリーンに表示する工程を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記分類もしくは検出を出力する前記工程は、前記分類もしくは検出を電子的に保存する工程を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記生物学的試片は、細胞もしくは組織を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 保存データは複数の画像から得られていて、
保存場所内の前記複数の画像の各々が病気もしくは状態と関係付けられている請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記分類もしくは検出はコンピュータースクリーンに表示される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記分類もしくは検出は電子的に保存される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生物学的試片は、細胞もしくは組織を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
