Claims (8)
- 複数の摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を1つの摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)に取り付ける方法において、
摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を、地球の重力を基準として、水平に保持し、
摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)の被着前に、摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)に上下両側からベース接着コーティングを設け、
以下の後続処理ステップ:すなわち、
a)乾き始めたベース接着コーティングを備えた摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)を上下両側から加熱する;
b)乾き始めたベース接着コーティングに上下両側から溶剤を塗布する;
c)乾き始めたベース接着コーティングに上下両側から粘着剤を塗布する:
のうちの少なくとも1つの後続処理ステップを実施し、
摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に同時に被着する
ことを含むことを特徴とする、複数の摩擦フェーシングエレメントを1つの摩擦フェーシング支持体に取り付ける方法。 - 摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に設けられる摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を、該摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に被着する前にまたは被着する間に摩擦フェーシング中間製品(21,22)から形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に設けられる摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を、該摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に被着する前にまたは被着する間に摩擦フェーシング中間製品(21,22)から打ち抜く、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に設けられた摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を、打抜き時にまたは打抜き後に摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)と共にプレス結合しかつ/または加熱する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法により複数の摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を1つの摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)に取り付ける装置(1)において、
摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆側に、摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に同時に被着することができる機械(11,12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、複数の摩擦フェーシングエレメントを1つの摩擦フェーシング支持体に取り付ける装置。 - 機械(11,12)が、自動打抜き機として形成されている、請求項5記載の装置。
- 第1の機械(11)が、地球の重力を基準として、摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の上側に配置されており、第2の機械(12)が、地球の重力を基準として、摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の下側に配置されている、請求項5または6記載の装置。
- 装置(1)が、摩擦フェーシングエレメント(6,7)を摩擦フェーシング支持体(4)の互いに逆向きの両面に同時に被着することができる機械(11,12)の間に部分的に配置された円テーブルを有している、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
