Claims (2)
- 打ち抜きによって所定形状のコアプレート及び摩擦材を得る工程と、
前記コアプレートの表面を粗し、洗浄する工程と、
前記のコアプレート又は摩擦材の少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布する工程と、
前記のコアプレート及び摩擦材を接着剤を介して重ね合わせる工程と、
前記の接着剤を乾燥硬化する工程と、
前記の接着剤を介して重ね合わせたコアプレートと摩擦材を加熱加圧して本接着を行う工程とを備えた摩擦板の製造方法において、
前記の接着剤を乾燥硬化する工程は、接着剤に接しているコアプレートの高周波加熱によって行い、
前記コアプレートへの接着剤の塗布工程ならびに接着剤の乾燥硬化工程は、コアプレートの片面毎に繰り返し設けられており、片面づつの接着剤の塗布及び乾燥硬化の間に、片面に接着剤が塗布され、かつ乾燥硬化されたコアプレートを反転する工程が設けられていることを特徴とする摩擦板の製造方法。 - 前記の高周波加熱は、接着剤に接しているコアプレートに対して、5〜500mmの間隔を設け、出力1〜300KW、周波数20〜300KHzで4〜6秒間行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦板の製造方法。
