Description

Claims (14)
- 電気液圧式ブレーキ解除装置(1)であって、
作動シリンダ構造(400)、液圧媒体を受けるタンクモジュール(300)、電気駆動ユニット(200)、ポンプアセンブリ(113)を有する機能ユニット(100、100´)、及び駆動ハウジングアセンブリ(203、201)を受け、前記凹部(111)を取り囲むハウジング接続部(107)を含み、
前記ポンプアセンブリ(113)は、前記機能ユニット(100´、100)に形成された凹部(111)に配置され、前記タンクモジュール(300)に連通され、ライン構造(150、160、170、171、172、180、190)を介して前記作動シリンダ構造(400)に機能的に接続され、軸受キャリアカバー(115)によって電気駆動ユニット(200)のドライランニング駆動モータ(210、211)から密封され、
軸受キャリアカバー(115)を受ける軸受キャリア接続部(114)が前記ハウジング接続部(107)及び前記凹部(111)の間に形成され、前記軸受キャリア接続部は前記凹部を取り囲むブレーキ解除装置(1)。 - 前記ポンプアセンブリ(113)を駆動するシャフト(205)は、前記軸受キャリアカバー(115)を通る請求項1に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記軸受キャリアカバー(115)は、前記シャフト(205)を支える軸受構造(206)を含む請求項2に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記機能ユニット(100)は一体の機能ブロックとして形成され、前記作動シリンダ構造(400)を受ける作動シリンダ支持部(119)、前記凹部(111)及び前記ライン構造(150、160、170、171、172、180、190)が形成された請求項1、2又は3に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記作動シリンダ構造(400)がシリンダ管(403)に圧入方式で作動シリンダ支持部(119)に着脱自在に固定された請求項4に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記機能ユニット(100)は2つの端面(108、106)を有し、前記タンクモジュール(300)及び前記作動シリンダ構造(400)は一方の端面(108)に配置され、前記電気駆動ユニット(200)及び前記ポンプアセンブリ(113)は他方の端面(106)に配置された請求項4又は5に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記ポンプアセンブリ(113)の出口は、逆止弁(152)を介して前記作動シリンダ構造(400)に接続され、前記逆止弁(152)及び前記作動シリンダ構造(400)との間で分岐する接続部(170、171、172)並びに電流なしで開く少なくとも1つの2/2方弁(153、154)を介して前記タンクモジュール(300)に接続された請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 第1及び第2の2/2方弁(153、154)が設けられ、絞り要素(155´)は前記作動シリンダ構造(400)並びに前記第1及び/又は第2の2/2方弁の間との間に設けられた請求項7に記載のブレーキ解除装置。
- 前記絞り要素(155´)は、調整可能な流れ断面を有する請求項8に記載のブレーキ解除装置。
- 前記ポンプアセンブリ(113)は、このポンプアセンブリ及び前記逆止弁(152)及び圧力制限弁(151)の間で分岐する流路(160)介して前記タンクモジュール(300)に接続された請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 圧力キー(156)が、前記逆止弁(152)及び前記作動シリンダ構造(400)との間に動作的な方式で配置された請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記逆止弁は、2/2方弁、圧力制限弁(151)及び/又は圧力キー(156)は、前記タンクモジュール(300)に配置された請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 前記圧力キー及び/又は2/2方弁の制御及び/又は供給ラインは、取り外し可能なケーブル通路(191)によって前記電気駆動ユニット(200)を介して前記タンクモジュール(300)に前記機能ユニット(100)を通じて通っている請求項11又は12に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)を有するブレーキ構造(2、3)。
