Description
図2に示すように、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20は、一軸偏心ねじポンプ機構30を主要部として構成される、いわゆる回転容積型のポンプである。図2に示すように、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20は、ケーシング40の内部にステータ50、ロータ60、及び動力伝達機構70等を収容した構成とされている。ケーシング40は、金属製で筒状の部材であり、長手方向一端側に第一開口部42が設けられている。また、ケーシング40の外周部分には、第二開口部44が設けられている。第二開口部44は、ケーシング40の長手方向中間部分に位置する中間部46においてケーシング40の内部空間に連通している。
続いて、ステータ50の詳細について説明する。ステータ50は、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20の作動に伴い他部材であるロータ60と接触しつつ摺動する回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材である。上述した通り、ステータ50は、貫通孔54にロータ60を挿通することにより、流動物の流通経路として機能する流体搬送路56が形成される。そのため、ステータ50は、内周面52が流体搬送路56に露出するように配置されている。
検出装置100は、金属粉の存在を検出可能な装置である。図1に示すように、検出装置100は、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20から吐出された流動物が搬送される搬送経路110の一部又は全部に配置されている。これにより、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20を想定外の使用状態で使用することによりステータ50の摩耗物や破片が発生し、流動物中に混入したとしても、この摩耗物有無を検出することができる。
制御装置120は、上述した検出装置100による検出結果に基づき、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20から吐出された流動物にステータ50の摩耗物や破片が混入しているか否かの判定を行うための装置である。制御装置120は、検出装置100により金属粉の存在が検出されることを条件として流動物中に摩耗物等が混入しているとの判定を行う。
続いて、回転容積型ポンプ運転状態検知システム10の動作について、図3のフローチャートを参照しつつ説明する。回転容積型ポンプ運転状態検知システム10においては、先ずステップ1において制御装置120により一軸偏心ねじポンプ20が作動しているか否かが確認される。一軸偏心ねじポンプ20が作動中である場合には、制御フローがステップ2に進み、検出装置100により、一軸偏心ねじポンプ20から吐出されて搬送経路110を通過している流動物を対象として金属粉の検知がなされる。

Claims (6)
- 回転容積型ポンプ内における流動物の流通経路に露出するように配置され、前記回転容積型ポンプの作動に伴い他部材と接触しつつ摺動する回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材であって、
前記摺動部材は、ゴム製とされており、前記重量比で10〜30%の金属粉を含み、
摺動部材の摩耗物や破片が発生して流動物に混入しても、その混入を金属粉の所在によって検知可能としたものであることを特徴とする回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材。 - 動力を受けて偏心回転する雄ねじ型のロータと、内周面が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータとを有し、前記ステータ内に前記流通経路が形成された一軸偏心ねじポンプにおいて前記ステータとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材。
- 前記ステータにおける流動物の吐出側及び/又は吸込み側の端面がテーパ状とされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材。
- 樹脂若しくはゴムの肉厚が一定であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材。
- 前記他部材と接触しつつ摺動する摺動面を有し、
前記金属粉の含有量が、前記摺動面側の領域において他の領域よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の回転容積型ポンプ用摺動部材を備えた回転容積型ポンプと、
前記回転容積型ポンプから吐出された流動物中に含まれる金属粉の存在を検出可能な検出装置と、
前記検出装置が金属粉の存在を検出することを条件として、前記ステータの摩耗に伴い発生した摩耗物が、前記回転容積型ポンプから吐出された流動物に混入したものと判定可能な制御装置とを有することを特徴とする回転容積型ポンプ運転状態検知システム。
