Claims (1)
- 醤油麹と塩水を混合した出麹塩水混合物を輸送ポンプで仕込みタンクへ輸送する方法において、
正常運転時は出麹塩水混合物を輸送する配管に設けた主輸送ポンプにより出麹塩水混合物を輸送し、
出麹塩水混合物の輸送状態に異常が生じたことを異常検知手段で検知して前記主輸送ポンプを停止させ、出麹塩水混合物が膨潤して配管内で詰まる前に、補助輸送ポンプにより前記主輸送ポンプの二次側配管に対して圧縮空気を用いることなく塩水を送ることにより当該塩水で配管内に残留する出麹塩水混合物を強制的に押し出すようにした
ことを特徴とする出麹塩水混合物輸送方法。
