Description
また、特許文献1には、ベーパと呼ばれる液体燃料が蒸発してできた蒸発燃料の影響を除去するために、補正係数の学習中は、ベーパをエンジンへパージすることを禁止する制御についても記載がある。
なお、1st−ECU11及び2nd−ECU12は、本発明における制御装置に相当する構成要素である。
なお、CPU11eは、気体燃料によるエンジン運転時において、算出した通電時間や空燃比補正係数を、通信回路11dを介して2nd−ECU12へ送信する機能も有する。
なお、後に説明するようにCPU12dが算出する燃料組成学習値の取り得る値は、一定の範囲に制限されている。また、CPU12dは、ベーパの影響を回避できるタイミングに燃料組成学習値を算出する。
この図において、燃料カット実施フラグは、フューエルカット(燃料カット)が生じたタイミングを示している。具体的には、「1」が示す期間において、フューエルカットが生じている。空燃比フィードバック実施フラグは、1st−ECU11で空燃比フィードバック制御が行われているタイミングを示している。具体的には、「0」、「3」、「4」が示す期間において、CPU11eは、空燃比フィードバック制御を行っている。燃料パージ実施フラグは、ベーパをパージする制御弁が動作している期間である。具体的には、「0」、「4」が示す期間において、CPU11eは、ベーパをエンジンに供給する制御(以下、パージ制御と称す)を行っている。
また、エンジンの負荷や回転数が高い状態では、燃料組成補正の学習を行わず、エンジンの負荷や回転数が低い状態では、燃料組成補正の学習を行うといった制御を行ってもよい。
Claims (3)
- 第1、第2燃料を選択的に切り替えて単一エンジンの運転制御を行うエンジン制御システムであって、
エンジンから排出される排出ガスの酸素濃度を検出するセンサと、
前記センサの出力信号に基づいて空燃比が目標空燃比となるように空燃比フィードバック制御とパージ制御を行う1st−ECUと、前記1st−ECUから得られる各種情報に基づいて前記第1、第2燃料を選択的に切り替えて噴射制御を行なう2nd−ECUとからなる制御装置と、
を備え、
前記2nd−ECUは、
前記第2燃料による運転時における前記空燃比フィードバック制御の補正係数を算出し、更に前記第2燃料の組成の変化によって生じる、前記算出した補正係数と目標とする補正係数とのずれを補正する補正装置と、
所定の範囲の値である燃料組成補正係数を記憶する記憶装置と、前記燃料組成補正係数を記憶する際の変更幅に制限を設ける制限装置と、
を備え、
更に、前記第2燃料による運転時に前記1st−ECUから前記空燃比フィードバック制御の開始タイミング及びパージ制御の開始タイミングの信号を受信することにより、前記空燃比フィードバック制御が動作中で且つ前記パージ制御の停止中に前記燃料組成補正係数を算出する
ことを特徴とするエンジン制御システム。 - 前記燃料組成補正係数の取り得る値は、所定の運転状態を所定の期間続ける間に、前記第2燃料の組成の変化を補正できるような範囲に設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、エンジンの負荷又はエンジンの回転数が高い状態では、前記燃料組成補正係数を記憶しない
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエンジン制御システム。
