Claims (3)
- 生産計画装置からの生産計画情報に基づいて、複数の製造機械を備えた製造セルを管理する製造管理システムであって、
前記製造セルから、前記製造機械の各々を構成する構成部の各々の運転実績に関する製造機械情報を受信する製造機械情報受信部と、
前記製造機械情報と、各構成部について予め定めた、該構成部の保守の容易さに関する重みとに基づいて、前記製造機械の各構成部についての重み付き消耗度を計算する構成部消耗度計算部と、
前記構成部消耗度計算部が計算した各構成部の重み付き消耗度に基づいて、前記複数の製造機械の各々についての製造機械消耗度を計算する製造機械消耗度計算部と、
前記製造機械消耗度計算部が計算した各製造機械の製造機械消耗度に基づいて、前記製造セルにおいて使用すべき製造機械を選択する製造機械選択部と、を備える、
製造管理システム。 - 前記製造機械選択部は、前記複数の製造機械のうち、前記重み付き消耗度が予め定めた閾値より大きい構成部を有する製造機械を除外するか、前記重み付き消耗度が最も高い構成部を有する製造機械を、前記製造セルにおいて使用すべき製造機械の候補から除外する、請求項1に記載の製造管理システム。
- 前記構成部消耗度計算部は、前記生産計画情報に基づいて、各製造機械の各構成部についての重み付き消耗度を推測し、
前記製造機械選択部は、前記複数の製造機械のうち、推測された前記重み付き消耗度が予め定めた閾値より大きい構成部を有する製造機械を除外するか、推測された前記重み付き消耗度が最も高い構成部を有する製造機械を、前記製造セルにおいて使用すべき製造機械の候補から除外する、請求項1に記載の製造管理システム。
