ここでJ形先端は、柔軟で広がり、
血管内ワイヤーに接続された閉塞バルーンであって、閉塞バルーンの膨張及び収縮のため複数のルーメンのうち閉塞ルーメンと流体連通である閉塞バルーンと、
血管内ワイヤーに沿って位置するガイドバルーンと、
ここで閉塞バルーンは、ガイドバルーンから近位に位置し、ガイドバルーンは第1直径から第2直径まで膨張可能であり、第2直径は第1直径よりも大きく、ガイドバルーンはガイドバルーンの膨張及び収縮のため複数のルーメンのうちガイドルーメンと流体連通である、
閉塞バルーンとガイドバルーンとの間でカテーテル部材に位置決めされる遠位圧力センサーポートと、
当該遠位圧力センサーポートは、複数ルーメンの圧力ルーメンと連通する、
