- カテーテル部材であって、近位セクション、遠位セクション、及び当該カテーテル部材内の複数ルーメンを有し、かつ近位セクションから遠位セクションへ通過するカテーテル部材と、
カテーテル部材の遠位セクションでカテーテル部材の遠位端に接近して配置されるガイドバルーンであって、カテーテル部材内の複数のルーメンの第1ルーメンと流体連通にあるガイドバルーンと、
ガイドバルーンに近位しかつ間をあけて配置される閉塞バルーンであって、カテーテル部材内の複数のルーメンの第2ルーメンと流体連通にある閉塞バルーンと、
を備えた、血管内閉塞システム。 - カテーテル部材の長手方向長さに沿って配置された少なくとも一つの圧力センサーをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- カテーテル部材、非拡張状態におけるガイドバルーン、及び非膨張状態における閉塞バルーンの各々は、組み合わせ状態において、8フレンチの経皮シースを通過するのに十分な横断面寸法を有する、請求項15に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- カテーテル部材内に配置された硬化ワイヤーをさらに備える、請求項16に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- ガイドバルーンの膨張した直径は、閉塞バルーンの膨張した直径未満である、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- 膨張用流体源、並びにガイドバルーン及び閉塞バルーンの各々と連通するインフレーターをさらに備え、インフレーターは、ガイドバルーン及び閉塞バルーンの少なくとも一つ内の膨張圧力をコントロールする少なくとも一つの圧力調整器をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- 膨張用流体源は、膨張用ガスをさらに備える、請求項19に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- カテーテル部材の周りに位置決めされ、閉塞バルーンに近位しかつ間をあけて配置される第2閉塞バルーンをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- カテーテル部材内を長手方向に延在する第3ルーメンと、第3ルーメン内に配置され、閉塞バルーンとガイドバルーンとの中間に位置決めされ、閉塞バルーンの遠位の圧力状態を感知可能な圧力センサーと、圧力センサーによって既定圧力が感知された状態にて閉塞バルーンを収縮させるため閉塞バルーンに操作可能に接続される複数ポート及びバルブアセンブリと、をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- カテーテル部材のカテーテル遠位セクションは、J形先端構造を形成する、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
- 閉塞バルーンの近位に位置決めされる第1センサーと、閉塞バルーンの遠位に位置決めされる第2センサーとをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の血管内閉塞システム。
