Abstract
Description
本願は、「一時大動脈遮断デバイス」という発明の名称の2016年9月1日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/382,705号の優先権を主張するものであり、参照することによりその全てが本明細書に援用される。
本願は、体幹部出血をコントロールするための一時大動脈遮断デバイスに関する。
Claims (20)
- 一時大動脈遮断デバイスであって、
遠位端部と近位端部とを有する細長いデバイス体と、
前記細長いデバイス体の前記遠位端部近傍に固定されるとともに、前記デバイスの前記近位端部から、大動脈の直径以下の直径に径方向に拡張されることが可能なロケーター部分と、
前記細長いデバイス体の前記遠位端部近傍で前記ロケーター部分に隣接して固定されるとともに、前記大動脈を遮断するように前記デバイスの前記近位端部から、前記大動脈の前記直径以上の直径に径方向に拡張されることが可能な遮断部分とを備えた、一時大動脈遮断デバイス。 - 前記ロケーター部分は第1の複数の編組ワイヤである、請求項1に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記ロケーター部分は、前記第1の複数の編組ワイヤ上に配置された第1のポリマーコーティングをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記遮断部分は第2の複数の編組ワイヤをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記遮断部分は、前記第2の複数の編組ワイヤ上に配置された第2のポリマーコーティングをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記遮断部分は、前記第2の複数の編組ワイヤの外側層から反転させた内側層をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記遮断部分は、前記遮断部分の内部に複数のバイアスされたストラットをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記遮断部分は、前記遮断部分の内部に配置された拡張可能なディスクをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記第2の複数のワイヤのそれぞれは個別にポリマーでコーティングされ、前記遮断部分の内面はフィルムを形成するように前記ポリマーでコーティングされる、請求項4に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記ロケーター部分は前記遮断部分の近位に配置される、請求項1に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記ロケーター部分は前記遮断部分の遠位に配置される、請求項1に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記遮断部分はバルーンである、請求項1に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記細長いデバイス体の前記近位端部は、少なくとも第1スライダー部材を備えたハンドルをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記ロケーター部分は、前記遮断部分の最大拡張径よりも小さい最大拡張径を有する、請求項1に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記ロケーター部分は、該ロケーター部分に抵抗を受けたとき拡張を停止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 一時大動脈遮断デバイスであって、
遠位端部と近位端部とを有する細長いデバイス体と、
前記細長いデバイス体の前記遠位端部に配置されるとともに、第1の直径に径方向に拡張可能である第1メッシュ部分と、
前記細長いデバイス体の前記遠位端部近傍で前記第1メッシュ部分に隣接して固定されるとともに、前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径に径方向に拡張可能である第2メッシュ部分とを備え、
前記第2の直径は大動脈を遮断するサイズを有する、一時大動脈遮断デバイス。 - 前記第2メッシュ部分は、前記第2メッシュ部分の外部から内部をシールするようにポリマーでコーティングされる、請求項16に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 前記第1メッシュ部分は前記第2メッシュ部分の近位に配置される、請求項16に記載の一時大動脈遮断デバイス。
- 一時大動脈遮断デバイスの遠位端部を患者の血管内に前進させるステップと、
前記一時大動脈遮断デバイスの遠位端部のロケーター部分を径方向に拡張するステップと、
前記ロケーター部分を径方向に拡張するときにユーザーが抵抗を受けない場合、前記一時大動脈遮断デバイスの遠位端部の遮断部分を大動脈内で拡張するステップとを含む、一時的に大動脈遮断する方法。 - 前記ロケーター部分は前記大動脈の直径よりも小さい最大拡張径を有し、前記遮断部分は前記大動脈の前記直径以上の最大拡張径を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
