Claims (12)
- 可撓性の基板と、
前記基板上に配置された画素電極と、
前記画素電極上に段差を有するように配置され、光透過が可能に備えられた対向電極と、
前記画素電極と前記対向電極との間に介在され、少なくとも前記対向電極に向かって光を放出する有機発光層と、
前記対向電極上に配置され、無機膜と有機膜とが交互に配置された複数層を備え、前記対向電極に接する最下層に前記段差を埋めこむ有機膜が配置され、前記最下層の上に平坦な無機膜が配置され、前記有機発光層から放出された光が透過する第1透光層と、
前記第1透光層上の前記有機発光層から放出された光の経路上に位置し、第1屈折率を有する第1物質と、第2屈折率を有する第2物質とを含み、前記第1屈折率は、前記第2屈折率より大きく、前記第1物質は、前記第2物質内に複数個の領域が配置された第2透光層と、を備え、前記第2透光層は、
前記第1透光層に接し、粘着物質を含む第1層と、
前記第1層上に配置され、前記第1物質と前記第2物質とを含む第2層と、
前記第2層上に配置され、粘着物質を含む第3層と、
前記第3層上に直接接触するように配置され、位相遅延板と偏光板とを含む光学部材と、を備え、
前記有機発光層と前記第2透光層との距離は、50μm以下であることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2物質は、粘着物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記対向電極と前記第1透光層との間に配置された保護層をさらに備えることを特徴と
する請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1物質の屈折率は、1.5以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1物質のサイズは、0.1μmないし5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1物質は、ジルコニウム(Zr)またはケイ素(Si)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- (a)可撓性の基板上に、画素電極、有機発光層及び光透過が可能に備えられ、前記画素電極上に段差を有するように配置された対向電極を順次に形成するステップと、
(b)前記対向電極上に、前記対向電極に接する最下層に前記段差を埋めこむ有機膜が配置され、前記最下層の上に平坦な無機膜が配置されるように、無機膜と有機膜とを交互に形成して複数層を備え、前記有機発光層から放出された光が透過する第1透光層を形成するステップと、
(c)前記第1透光層上の前記有機発光層から放出される光の経路上に、第1屈折率を有する第1物質と、第2屈折率を有する第2物質とを含み、前記第1屈折率は、前記第2屈折率より大きく、前記第1物質は、前記第2物質内に複数個の領域が配置された第2透光層を形成するステップと、を含み、
前記(c)ステップは、前記第2透光層に接し、粘着物質を含む第1層を形成するステップと、前記第1層上に配置され、前記第1物質及び前記第2物質を含む第2層を形成するステップと、前記第2層上に配置され、粘着物質を含む第3層と、前記第3層上に直接接触するように配置され、位相遅延板と偏光板とを含む光学部材を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記有機発光層と前記第2透光層との距離は、50μm以下であることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記(c)ステップで、前記第2物質は、粘着物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記(a)ステップと前記(b)ステップとの間に、保護層を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記(c)ステップで、前記第1物質の屈折率は、1.5以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記(c)ステップで、前記第1物質のサイズは、0.1μmないし5μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記(c)ステップで、前記第1物質は、ジルコニウム(Zr)またはケイ素(Si)を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
