Description
冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機と、
圧縮機から吐出された高圧冷媒を放熱する放熱器と、
放熱器を通過した高圧冷媒を減圧させる減圧機構と、
減圧機構にて減圧された低圧冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、
蒸発器を通過した低圧冷媒の気液を分離して、分離された気相冷媒を圧縮機の吸入口側へ流出させるアキュムレータと、
サイクル内に充填された冷媒の充填量が不足する冷媒不足状態であるか否かを判定する充填量判定処理を実行する充填量判定部と、
圧縮機の稼働状態を制御する圧縮機制御部と、
減圧機構の絞り開度を制御する減圧機構制御部と、を備える。
まず、第1実施形態について、図1〜図14を参照して説明する。本実施形態では、本開示の冷凍サイクル装置10を車両用空調装置1に適用した例について説明する。
ここで、Tsetは温度設定スイッチで設定された車室内の目標温度、Trは内気センサで検出された検出信号、Tamは外気センサで検出された検出信号、Asは日射センサで検出された検出信号を示している。なお、Kset、Kr、Kam、およびKsは、制御ゲインであり、Cは、補正用の定数である。
冷房モードでは、空調制御装置50が、低圧側開閉弁20を閉状態、第1膨張弁13を全開状態、および第2膨張弁18を絞り状態とした状態で、圧縮機11を稼働させる。このため、冷房モード時には、図7の矢印に示すように、圧縮機11からの吐出冷媒が、室内凝縮器12→第1膨張弁13→室外熱交換器14→第2膨張弁18→室内蒸発器19→アキュムレータ22の順に流れ、再び圧縮機11に吸入される。
除湿暖房モードでは、空調制御装置50が、低圧側開閉弁20を閉状態、第1膨張弁13を全開状態、および第2膨張弁18を絞り状態とした状態で、圧縮機11を稼働させる。このため、除湿暖房モード時には、冷房モード時と同様に、図7の矢印に示すように冷媒が流れる。
暖房モードでは、空調制御装置50が、低圧側開閉弁20を開状態、第1膨張弁13を絞り状態、および第2膨張弁18を全閉状態とした状態で、圧縮機11を稼働させる。このため、暖房モード時には、図8の矢印に示すように、圧縮機11からの吐出冷媒が、室内凝縮器12→第1膨張弁13→室外熱交換器14→アキュムレータ22の順に流れ、再び圧縮機11に吸入される。
次に、第2実施形態について、図15を参照して説明する。本実施形態では、オート空調時に充填量判定処理を実行する点が第1実施形態と相違している。
次に、第3実施形態について、図16を参照して説明する。本実施形態では、通常空調処理を実行する際に、充填量判定処理を実行する点が第1実施形態と相違している。
以上、本開示の実施形態について説明したが、本開示は上述の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、適宜変更が可能である。例えば、以下のように種々変形可能である。
Claims (6)
- 冷凍サイクル装置であって、
冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機(11)と、
前記圧縮機から吐出された高圧冷媒を放熱する放熱器(12)と、
前記放熱器を通過した前記高圧冷媒を減圧させる減圧機構(13)と、
前記減圧機構にて減圧された低圧冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(14)と、
前記蒸発器を通過した前記低圧冷媒の気液を分離して、分離された気相冷媒を前記圧縮機の吸入口側へ流出させるアキュムレータ(22)と、
サイクル内に充填された冷媒の充填量が不足する冷媒不足状態であるか否かを判定する充填量判定処理を実行する充填量判定部(50b)と、
前記圧縮機の稼働状態を制御する圧縮機制御部(50c)と、
前記減圧機構の絞り開度を制御する減圧機構制御部(50d)と、を備え、
前記充填量判定部は、前記圧縮機制御部が前記圧縮機を稼働させている状態で前記減圧機構制御部が前記減圧機構の絞り開度を小さくする際、前記放熱器における放熱能力が減少傾向を示す場合に、前記冷媒不足状態であると判定する冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記圧縮機の冷媒吐出口側から前記減圧機構の冷媒入口側に至る高圧冷媒の圧力を検出する高圧側圧力検出部(53)を備え、
前記充填量判定部は、前記圧縮機制御部が前記圧縮機を稼働させている状態で前記減圧機構制御部が前記減圧機構の絞り開度を小さくする際、前記高圧冷媒の圧力の変化が減少傾向を示す場合に、前記冷媒不足状態であると判定する請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 車室内を空調する車両用空調装置(1)に適用される冷凍サイクル装置であって、
前記車両用空調装置は、乗員が車両に搭乗する前に前記圧縮機を稼働させて前記車室内を空調するプレ空調を実行可能に構成されており、
前記圧縮機制御部および前記減圧機構制御部は、前記プレ空調を実行する際に、前記圧縮機の回転数を一定に維持した状態で、前記減圧機構の絞り開度を小さくするように構成されており、
前記充填量判定部は、前記プレ空調を実行する際に、前記冷媒不足状態であるか否かを判定する請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 車室内を空調する車両用空調装置(1)に適用される冷凍サイクル装置であって、
前記車両用空調装置は、前記車室内へ送風する送風空気の温度を自動で調整するオート空調を実行可能に構成されており、
前記圧縮機制御部および前記減圧機構制御部は、前記オート空調を実行する際に、前記圧縮機の回転数を一定に維持した状態で、前記減圧機構の絞り開度を小さくするように構成されており、
前記充填量判定部は、前記オート空調を実行する際に、前記冷媒不足状態であるか否かを判定する請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記圧縮機制御部は、前記充填量判定部にて前記冷媒不足状態であると判定された際に、前記圧縮機を停止する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記充填量判定部にて前記冷媒不足状態であると判定された際に、前記冷媒不足状態であることをユーザに対して報知する報知部(70)を備える請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
