Description
a) 開口を有する本体と、
b) 前記開口を覆う蓋であって、該開口を覆った状態において前記本体側となる内面を有し、
該内面は、前記本体の内壁面と鈍角で交差する平面又は該内壁面との交線上の各点における接平面が前記内壁面と鈍角で交差する曲面である蓋と
を備える。
a) 開口を有する本体と、
b) 前記開口を覆う蓋であって、該開口を覆った状態において前記本体側となる、凹部を持つ内面を有し、
該内面は、前記本体の内壁面と1つの平面又は曲面で連続する凹部内壁面と、凹部上面とを有し、
該凹部上面は、該凹部内壁面と鈍角で交差する平面又は該凹部内壁面との交線上の各点における接平面が該凹部内壁面と鈍角で交差する曲面である蓋と
を備える。
上記いずれかの本発明に係る焼結磁石製造用モールドの前記開口から本体の内部の空間に前記合金粉末を供給後、該開口を前記蓋で覆う充填工程と、
前記合金粉末を前記空間内に充填したままの状態で該合金粉末に磁界を印加する配向工程と、
前記配向工程を経た前記合金粉末を前記空間内に充填したままの状態で焼結する焼結工程と
を有する。
a) 開口を有する本体と、
b) 前記開口を覆う蓋であって、該開口を覆った状態において前記本体側となる、凹部を持つ内面を有する蓋と
を備える。

Claims (8)
- 焼結磁石の原料の合金粉末を充填したうえで、圧縮成形を行うことなく、該合金粉末を収容したままの状態で配向及び焼結を行うことにより焼結磁石を製造するためのモールドであって、
a) 開口を有する本体と、
b) 前記開口を覆う蓋であって、該開口を覆った状態において前記本体側となる内面を有し、
該内面は、前記本体の内壁面と鈍角で交差する平面又は該内壁面との交線上の各点における接平面が前記内壁面と鈍角で交差する曲面である蓋と
を備える焼結磁石製造用モールド。 - 前記蓋に相当する凸部が前記本体の底面に該本体と一体的に形成されている、請求項1に記載の焼結磁石製造用モールド。
- 前記蓋は内面に凹部を有し、該凹部の壁面が前記交線において前記本体の内壁面と鈍角で交差する平面又は該交線上の各点における接平面が前記本体の内壁面と鈍角で交差する曲面である、請求項1に記載の焼結磁石製造用モールド。
- 焼結磁石の原料の合金粉末を充填したうえで、圧縮成形を行うことなく、該合金粉末を収容したままの状態で配向及び焼結を行うことにより焼結磁石を製造するためのモールドであって、
a) 開口を有する本体と、
b) 前記開口を覆う蓋であって、該開口を覆った状態において前記本体側となる、凹部を持つ内面を有し、
該内面は、前記本体の内壁面と1つの平面又は曲面で連続する凹部内壁面と、凹部上面とを有し、
該凹部上面は、該凹部内壁面と鈍角で交差する平面又は該凹部内壁面との交線上の各点における接平面が該凹部内壁面と鈍角で交差する曲面である蓋と
を備える焼結磁石製造用モールド。 - 一体型の前記本体に複数個の前記開口が1次元的又は2次元的に並列に設けられ、それらの開口に対応した複数の前記蓋が1枚の板に一体的に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の焼結磁石製造用モールド。
- 焼結磁石の原料の合金粉末を充填したうえで、圧縮成形を行うことなく、該合金粉末を収容したままの状態で配向及び焼結を行うことにより焼結磁石を製造するためのモールドであって、
a) 開口を有する本体と、
b) 前記開口を覆う蓋であって、該開口を覆った状態において前記本体側となる、凹部を持つ内面を有する蓋と
を備える焼結磁石製造用モールド。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の焼結磁石製造用モールドの前記開口から本体の内部の空間に前記合金粉末を供給後、該開口を前記蓋で覆う充填工程と、
前記合金粉末を前記空間内に充填したままの状態で該合金粉末に磁界を印加する配向工程と、
前記配向工程を経た前記合金粉末を前記空間内に充填したままの状態で焼結する焼結工程と
を有する焼結磁石製造方法。 - 前記合金粉末が、Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Luから選択される1種又は2種以上の元素である希土類元素R、Fe及びBを主な構成元素として含有するRFeB系合金、又は希土類元素RとCoを主な構成元素として含有するRCo系合金の粉末である請求項7に記載の焼結磁石製造方法。
