Claims (9)
- 患者の眼の虹彩の縁に対して該虹彩の拡張を引き起こす過程で作用する虹彩拡張器であって、
ループ状の閉じた本体であって、第1の状態から第2の状態へ拡張可能なマルチセグメント化され、且つ、ヒンジによって接続された複数のセグメントによって画定される本体を備え、前記第1の状態よりも大きな占有面積を前記第2の状態が画定し、前記セグメントのうち第1のセグメント内に少なくとも1つの開口が、前記ヒンジから間隔を空けて、そこから前記第1のセグメントの一部にチャネルが延びている状態で形成され、前記第1のセグメント内に前記チャネルが、そのどの部分も前記第1のセグメントの外部に露出しないように埋め込まれており、患者の虹彩の縁に対して該虹彩の拡張を引き起こす過程で作用する本虹彩拡張器では、前記チャネルが、前記虹彩の前記縁の内側に器具の一部を、該器具の収容される該一部が前記虹彩に接触することなく収容するように形成されており、前記本体の拡張は、前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態への拡張の過程で概して拡張平面内にある、虹彩拡張器。 - 前記チャネルは、前記第1のセグメント内に形成された第2の開口で終了する、請求項1に記載の虹彩拡張器。
- 前記チャネルは前記拡張平面を横断して配置された長手方向軸に沿って延びている、請求項1に記載の虹彩拡張器。
- 前記ヒンジはリビングヒンジである、請求項1に記載の虹彩拡張器。
- 患者の眼の虹彩の縁に対して該虹彩の拡張を引き起こす過程で作用する虹彩拡張器であって、
ループ状の閉じた本体であって、第1の状態から第2の状態へ拡張可能なマルチセグメント化され、且つ、ヒンジによって接続された複数のセグメントによって画定される本体を備え、前記第1の状態よりも大きな占有面積を前記第2の状態が画定し、前記セグメントのうち第1のセグメント内に少なくとも1つの開口が、前記ヒンジから間隔を空けて、そこから前記第1のセグメントの一部にチャネルが延びている状態で形成され、前記第1のセグメント内に前記チャネルが、そのどの部分も前記第1のセグメントの外部に露出しないように埋め込まれており、患者の虹彩の縁に対して該虹彩の拡張を引き起こす過程で作用する本虹彩拡張器では、前記チャネルが、前記虹彩の前記縁の内側に器具の一部を、該器具の収容される該一部が前記虹彩に接触することなく収容するように形成されており、
前記開口の複数は、それぞれが前記ヒンジから間隔が空いて、前記セグメントの周りに備えられ、それぞれの前記開口から、チャネルが、そのどの部分も前記セグメントのそれぞれの外部に露出しないように、前記セグメントのそれぞれに埋め込まれて、前記本体内に延びており、
前記複数の開口は前記本体の周りに均等に間隔を空けて設けられている、虹彩拡張器。 - 前記本体は非金属性材料から形成されている、請求項1または5に記載の虹彩拡張器。
- 前記本体がエラストマー材料を含む、請求項6に記載の虹彩拡張器。
- 前記本体が熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項6に記載の虹彩拡張器。
- 前記本体が熱可塑性のコポリマーおよびエラストマーのコポリマーを含む、請求項6に記載の虹彩拡張器。
