Description
図1に示すように、工作機械システムSYSは、旋盤100と、マシニングセンタ200と、ローダ300とを備えている。
本体部11は、主軸15、16と、タレット17、18と、を有している。主軸15、16は、第2方向D2(X1方向)に並んで配置されている。主軸15、16は、不図示の軸受け等によって、Z1方向に平行な軸線周りに回転可能に支持されている。主軸15、16の+Z1側の端部には、旋盤側チャック(旋盤側ワーク保持部)13、14が配置される。旋盤側チャック13、14には、それぞれ把握爪13a、14aが設けられている。把握爪13a、14aは、主軸15、16の回転方向に沿って所定の間隔で複数配置されている。把握爪13a、14aは、不図示のチャック駆動部によって主軸15、16の径方向に移動させることでワークWを保持可能である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、ローダ300において、ローダヘッド31が1つ設けられた構成を例に挙げて説明したが、これに限定するものではなく、ローダヘッドが複数設けられた構成であってもよい。
図7に示す工作機械システムSYS2では、ローダ300Aにおいて、2つのローダヘッド31、31Aが設けられている。ローダヘッド31Aは、ローダヘッド31と同一の構成を有している。ローダヘッド31Aは、ローダチャック33Aを有している。ローダチャック33Aは、複数の把握爪33AaによってワークWを把持する。
Claims (7)
- 旋盤と、前記旋盤に横並びに配置されるマシニングセンタと、ワークを搬送するローダと、を有し、
前記旋盤は、前記ワークを正面側に向けて保持する旋盤側ワーク保持部を備えかつ軸周りに回転する主軸と、前記ワークを加工する工具と、を備え、
前記マシニングセンタは、横方向の軸周りに回転する回転工具と、前記ワークを保持しかつ少なくとも前記ワークを保持した側を正面側に向けた位置と前記回転工具に向けた位置との間を旋回可能なマシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部と、を備え、
前記ローダは、前記横方向に沿って前記旋盤側ワーク保持部と前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部の上方に架け渡されて配置されたガイドと、前記ワークを保持しかつ前記ガイドに沿って移動することにより少なくとも前記旋盤側ワーク保持部と、正面側に向けた位置の前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部との間で前記ワークを搬送し、正面側に向いた前記旋盤側ワーク保持部、及び正面側に向いた前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部のそれぞれに対向して同じ向きで前記ワークの受け渡しを行うローダヘッドと、を備える、工作機械システム。 - 前記旋盤側ワーク保持部と前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部とは、前記ガイドからの上下方向の距離が同一に設定される請求項1記載の工作機械システム。
- 前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部は、前記旋盤側ワーク保持部の正面に沿う方向のワーク受け渡し位置と同一の位置と、前記回転工具による加工を行う位置との間で移動可能である請求項1または請求項2に記載の工作機械システム。
- 前記旋盤は、複数の前記主軸を前記横方向に並んだ状態で備える請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械システム。
- 前記旋盤及び前記マシニングセンタの双方を挟んだ両側の少なくとも一方に、前記ワークを搬入または搬出するためのワーク載置部を備え、
前記ガイドは、前記ローダヘッドが前記ワーク載置部に接続可能に設置される請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械システム。 - 前記旋盤を制御する旋盤制御部と、前記マシニングセンタを制御するマシニングセンタ制御部とを備え、
前記旋盤制御部及び前記マシニングセンタ制御部のいずれか一方は、前記ローダを制御する請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械システム。 - 旋盤と、前記旋盤に横並びに配置されるマシニングセンタとの間をローダによりワークを搬送する方法であって、
前記旋盤は、前記ワークを正面側に向けて保持する旋盤側ワーク保持部を備えかつ軸周りに回転する主軸と、前記ワークを加工する工具と、を備え、
前記マシニングセンタは、横方向の軸周りに回転する回転工具と、前記ワークを保持しかつ少なくとも前記ワークを保持した側を正面側に向けた位置と前記回転工具に向けた位置との間を旋回可能なマシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部と、を備え、
前記ローダは、前記横方向に沿って前記旋盤側ワーク保持部と前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部の上方に架け渡されて配置されたガイドに沿って移動するローダヘッドにより、前記旋盤側ワーク保持部と、正面側に向けた位置の前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部との間で前記ワークを搬送し、前記ローダヘッドが、正面側に向いた前記旋盤側ワーク保持部、及び正面側に向いた前記マシニングセンタ側ワーク保持部のそれぞれに対向して同じ向きで前記ワークの受け渡しを行う、ワーク搬送方法。
