Claims (10)
- 信号線路と、前記信号線路と重複し、該信号線路と交差する方向に往復移動可能な誘電部材と、を有し、前記信号線路を伝搬する信号の位相を変化させる移相回路であって、
前記誘電部材は、枠体と、該枠体の内側に設けられ、往復移動に伴って前記信号線路との重複面積が増減する誘電体板と、から構成され、
前記枠体の誘電率は、前記誘電体板の誘電率よりも低く、
対向する前記信号線路と前記枠体との間の隙間が、対向する前記信号線路と前記誘電体板との間の隙間よりも狭い、
移相回路。 - 請求項1に記載の移相回路であって、
前記誘電部材は、前記信号線路との重複面積に占める前記枠体の面積が前記誘電体板の面積よりも大きい第1の位置と、前記信号線路との重複面積に占める前記誘電体板の面積が前記枠体の面積よりも大きい第2の位置と、に移動可能である、
移相回路。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の移相回路であって、
前記誘電部材は、移動方向において隣接する第1誘電体板及び第2誘電体板を有し、
前記枠体は、前記第1誘電体板を取り囲む第1枠部と、前記第2誘電体板を取り囲む第2枠部と、を含み、
前記第1誘電体板と前記第2誘電体板とは互いに独立しており、
前記第1枠部と前記第2枠部とは一体成形されている、
移相回路。 - 請求項3に記載の移相回路であって、
前記枠体は、前記第1枠部及び前記第2枠部と一体成形され、これら第1枠部及び第2枠部に跨る架橋部を含む、
移相回路。 - 請求項4に記載の移相回路であって、
前記枠体は、前記第1枠部及び前記第2枠部と一体成形され、これら第1枠部及び第2枠部に跨る補強部を含み、
前記補強部は、前記架橋部の少なくとも片側に、該架橋部から離間して設けられている、
移相回路。 - 入力された信号の位相を変化させる複数の移相回路と、それぞれの前記移相回路から出力された信号が入力される複数のアンテナ素子と、を有するアンテナ装置であって、
前記複数の移相回路の少なくとも1つは、信号線路と、前記信号線路と重複し、該信号線路と交差する方向に往復移動可能な誘電部材と、を備え、
前記誘電部材は、枠体と、該枠体の内側に設けられ、往復移動に伴って前記信号線路との重複面積が増減する誘電体板と、から構成され、
前記枠体の誘電率は、前記誘電体板の誘電率よりも低く、
前記移相回路における、対向する前記信号線路と前記枠体との間の隙間が、対向する前記信号線路と前記誘電体板との間の隙間よりも狭い、
アンテナ装置。 - 請求項6に記載のアンテナ装置であって、
前記移相回路が備える前記誘電部材は、前記信号線路との重複面積に占める前記枠体の面積が前記誘電体板の面積よりも大きい第1の位置と、前記信号線路との重複面積に占める前記誘電体板の面積が前記枠体の面積よりも大きい第2の位置と、に移動可能である、
アンテナ装置。 - 請求項6又は7に記載のアンテナ装置であって、
前記誘電部材は、移動方向において隣接する第1誘電体板及び第2誘電体板を有し、
前記枠体は、前記第1誘電体板を取り囲む第1枠部と、前記第2誘電体板を取り囲む第2枠部と、を含み、
前記第1誘電体板と前記第2誘電体板とは互いに独立しており、
前記第1枠部と前記第2枠部とは一体成形されている、
アンテナ装置。 - 請求項8に記載のアンテナ装置であって、
前記枠体は、前記第1枠部及び前記第2枠部と一体成形され、これら第1枠部及び第2枠部に跨る架橋部を含む、
アンテナ装置。 - 請求項9に記載のアンテナ装置であって、
前記枠体は、前記第1枠部及び前記第2枠部と一体成形され、これら第1枠部及び第2枠部に跨る補強部を含み、
