Description
タイヤ側装置は、車両に備えられるタイヤ(3)のトレッド(31)の裏面に取り付けられ、タイヤの振動の大きさに応じた検出信号を出力する振動検出部(11)と、振動検出部の検出信号に基づき、タイヤの衝突による振動を判定すると共に、衝突による振動が発生したことを表す衝突データを出力する振動判定部(13)と、衝突データを送信する送信機(14)と、を有し、
車両側装置は、送信機から送信された衝突データを受信する受信機(21)と、車両が発進開始する状況であることを検知する車両状態検知部(22)と、車両が発進開始する状況であり、かつ、衝突データを受信したときに車両の誤発進と判定する誤発進判定部(23)と、を有することを特徴としている。
図1〜図3を参照して、本実施形態にかかる車両誤発進抑制装置について説明する。本実施形態にかかる車両誤発進抑制装置は、車両の各車輪に与えられる振動に基づいて車両の誤発進を抑制するものとして用いられる。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。
Claims (4)
- 車両に備えられるタイヤ(3)におけるトレッド(31)の裏面に取り付けられ、前記タイヤの振動の大きさに応じた検出信号を出力する振動検出部(11)と、前記振動検出部の検出信号に基づき、前記タイヤの衝突による振動を判定すると共に、衝突による振動が発生したことを表す衝突データを出力する振動判定部(13)と、前記衝突データを送信する送信機(14)と、を有するタイヤ側装置(1)と、
前記送信機から送信された前記衝突データを受信する受信機(21)と、前記車両が発進開始する状況であることを検知する車両状態検知部(22)と、前記車両が発進開始する状況であり、かつ、前記衝突データを受信したときに前記車両の誤発進と判定する誤発進判定部(23)と、を有する車両側装置(2)とを備えていることを特徴とする車両誤発進抑制装置。 - 前記振動検出部は振動発電素子で構成されていると共に、前記振動発電素子での発電に基づいて前記送信機への電力供給を行う電力供給回路(12)を有し、
前記電力供給回路は、前記振動判定部が衝突による振動が発生したと判定したとき、もしくは、前記振動発電素子の出力パルスをトリガとして前記送信機への給電を行い、
前記送信機は、前記給電時にのみ前記衝突データの送信を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両誤発進抑制装置。 - 前記車両状態検知部は、前記車両の進行方向に関するデータを取得して該車両の進行方向を前記誤発進判定部に伝え、
前記誤発進判定部は、前記車両の進行方向と同一方向の前記タイヤに備えられた前記タイヤ側装置から前記衝突データが送信されてきたときに、前記車両の誤発進と判定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両誤発進抑制装置。 - 前記誤発進判定部は、前記車両の前輪および後輪のすべてのタイヤに備えられる前記タイヤ側装置から前記衝突データが送信されてきたときに、前記車両の誤発進と判定しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両誤発進抑制装置。
