Claims (6)
- シャンクと、
前記シャンクの一端に設けられたヘッドであって、前記ヘッドの他の部分よりも、前記シャンクの軸方向における厚みが小さい若しくはヤング率が小さい部分であって、前記シャンクの軸力によって前記他の部分よりも大きく歪む歪部を有する前記ヘッドと、
前記シャンクの軸力に応じた前記歪部の歪を検出する検出部と、を備え、
前記歪部は、前記シャンクの軸方向における前記ヘッドの最大厚みより薄い厚みを有する薄肉部を備え、
前記ヘッドは、前記薄肉部である底板を有する凹状部を備え、前記底板は、前記シャンクの軸上に位置し、
前記凹状部には、底面を有する凹部が形成され、前記凹部は、前記底面側から開口側に向かって径が拡大するように構成され、
前記検出部は、前記シャンクの軸上に位置し、一方の面の全面が前記底板に貼り付けられ、前記底板の歪を検出するボルト。 - 前記検出部は、
測定器から与えられる磁束に応じて電力を発生させる受電部と、
前記歪に応じて電気的特性を変化させる歪検出素子と、
前記受電部から供給される電力により動作し、前記電気的特性に応じた信号を生成し、前記信号を前記測定器へ無線送信する送信部と、を備える請求項1に記載のボルト。 - 前記歪検出素子は、抵抗歪ゲージであり、
前記信号は、前記抵抗歪ゲージの抵抗に応じた周波数を有する請求項2に記載のボルト。 - 前記検出部は、温度を測定する温度測定部を更に備え、
前記送信部は、前記抵抗歪ゲージと前記温度測定部とを切り替えることにより、前記抵抗歪ゲージの抵抗と前記温度とを示す前記信号を生成する請求項3に記載のボルト。 - 前記検出部は、前記ボルトの識別情報を記憶する識別情報記憶部を更に備え、
前記送信部は、前記抵抗歪ゲージと前記温度測定部と前記識別情報記憶部とを切り替えることにより、前記抵抗歪ゲージの抵抗と前記温度と前記識別情報とを示す前記信号を生成する請求項4に記載のボルト。 - 請求項1に記載のボルトと、
磁束を発生させると共に無線信号を受信する測定器と、を備え、
前記検出部は、
前記磁束に応じて電力を発生させる受電部と、
前記歪に応じて電気的特性を変化させる歪検出素子と、
前記電力により動作し、前記電気的特性に応じた信号を生成し、前記信号を前記測定器へ無線送信する送信部と、を備え、
前記測定器は、
前記磁束を変動させることにより前記受電部へ送電する送電部と、
前記送信部から前記信号を無線受信する受信部と、を備える歪測定システム。
