Description
冒頭で述べた形態の転がり軸受は、例えば米国特許第7384199号明細書、米国特許第6443698号明細書及び米国特許第6413046号明細書において公知である。これらの公知の転がり軸受のいずれの場合においても、ころ軸受として形成されているラジアル転がり軸受の外レースは、軸方向でばね部分により延長されている。ばね部分は、ねじ締結によりハウジング部分に固定されている。
本発明の根底にある課題は、弾性懸架される外レースを備える転がり軸受を従来技術に対して特に所要組付けスペースの面でさらに発展させることである。
この課題は、本発明により、請求項1の特徴を有する転がり軸受により解決される。この、特にガスタービンに好適な転がり軸受は、
−内レースと外レースとの間に配置される複数の転動体と、
−ハウジング構造と、
を備え、ハウジング構造に外レースがばね弾性的に取り付けられており、外レースは、一体的に形成されて、転動体のための転動軌道を形成する転動軌道部分と、ばね部分と、ハウジング構造に螺止されるフランジとを有しており、
ばね部分は、複数のばねバーから形成されており、ばねバーは、一方では、端面側で転動軌道部分に接続する変向部分に、他方ではフランジに接続しており、半径方向で転動軌道部分の外側に配置されていて、軸方向では、一方では変向部分から張り出さず、他方では転動軌道部分から張り出さないようになっている。

Claims (7)
- 転がり軸受であって、
内レース(2)と外レース(3)との間に配置される複数の転動体(4)と、
ハウジング構造(8)と、
を備え、該ハウジング構造(8)に前記外レース(3)がばね弾性的に取り付けられており、該外レース(3)は、一体的に形成されて、前記転動体(4)のための転動軌道(6)を形成する転動軌道部分(7)と、ばね部分(21)と、前記ハウジング構造(8)に螺止されるフランジ(10)とを有している転がり軸受において、
前記ばね部分(21)は、複数のばねバー(12)から形成されており、該ばねバー(12)は、一方では、端面側で前記転動軌道部分(7)に接続する変向部分(9)に、他方では前記フランジ(10)に接続しており、半径方向で前記転動軌道部分(7)の外側に配置されていて、軸方向では、一方では前記変向部分(9)から張り出さず、他方では前記転動軌道部分(7)から張り出さないようになっており、
前記ハウジング構造(8)は、少なくとも1つのハウジングディスク(15,16)を有しており、
前記ハウジング構造(8)は、前記外レース(3)の前記転動軌道部分(7)に対する半径方向のストッパ及び軸方向のストッパを形成することを特徴とする、転がり軸受。 - 前記ハウジング構造(8)は、前記外レース(3)の前記転動軌道部分(7)に対する軸方向両側のストッパを形成する、請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記ハウジング構造(8)は、付加的に前記外レース(3)の前記転動軌道部分(7)に対する周方向のストッパを形成する、請求項1又は2記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記ハウジング構造(8)は、複数の部分から形成されている、請求項3記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記ハウジング構造(8)は、バヨネット継手の形態で前記外レース(3)の前記転動軌道部分(7)に設けられた切欠きに係合する、請求項3記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転動体(4)は、玉として形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転動軌道部分(7)と前記ばね部分(21)との間に配置される減衰要素(20)を備える、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
