Description
そこで本発明は、スペースが無いところでも確実に導電接続させるころが可能なコネクタを提供することを目的とする。
なお、傾斜湾曲対応面は、接触する相手側の接触面形状に沿った面であることを意味する。
コネクタ部は、導電体が厚み方向に配列し二つの電極面でそれぞれの接続対象部材と接触する複数の導電部と、この導電部を保持する保持部とを備えたため、一方向への導電を達成するコネクタ機能をコネクタ部で行うことができる。
本実施形態のコネクタ10の正面図を図1に、背面図を図2に、平面図を図3にそれぞれ示す。コネクタ10は、図1で示すように、接続対象部材を導電接続させるコネクタ部20と、コネクタ部20に連接し内側に凹部31を形成するベース部30とを備えている。
ベース部30の厚み(高さ)は、コネクタ部20の保持部22の厚みや導電部21の厚みよりも厚く(高く)形成されている。また、天井部33の表面は、コネクタ部20との結合部分よりその反対側に向かって傾斜した傾斜面とし、接続対象部材Fの表面形状に沿った傾斜湾曲対応面としている。
液状ゴムに導電粒子を分散させた原料液の成形加工時の粘度は、含有された導電粒子が磁場によって流動可能な粘度であることが必要であり、成形加工時の温度条件において、好ましくは1Pa・s〜250Pa・sであり、より好ましくは10Pa・s〜100Pa・sである。
また、ベース部30に設けた凹部31には、仕切壁で部品対応面31bを設け収容部31aを形成したため、金属板F’に設けたネジSに対応した形状に収容部31aを形成することができ、収容部31aでコネクタ10の位置合わせを行うことができる。そのため、電極面21aと接続対象部材F,F’との傾斜又は曲面を正確に合わせることができる。本実施形態では、三角形形状のベース部30に、部品対応面31bを形成する仕切壁を凹部31の内側に設けることで、3つの導電部31の配列方向に対して2つのネジSの配列方向が異なる場合の位置決めに好適である。
二つの電極面21a,21aは、導電部21の上下で異なる形状であっても良く、また、部分的に傾きの異なる傾斜面を組合わせたような立体的に起伏した面としても良い。
図5、図6には、一つの導電部21に二つある電極面21a,21aのうちの何れか一方については、傾斜湾曲対応面とせずに、導電方向に対して垂直面となる従来の電極面として形成した例を示す。このうち、図5では、図面下側のみが傾斜湾曲対応面としたコネクタであり、図6では図面上側のみが傾斜湾曲対応面としたコネクタである。
本実施形態で示したように、何れか一方の電極面21aのみを傾斜湾曲対応面とすることもできるが、電極面21a,21aの両面を傾斜湾曲対応面とした方が好ましい。

Claims (7)
- 接続対象部材間で圧縮されこの接続対象部材を導電接続させるコネクタ部と、コネクタ部に連接したベース部とを備えるゴムコネクタであって、
コネクタ部は、導電体が厚み方向に配列し二つの電極面でそれぞれの接続対象部材と接触する複数の導電部と、この導電部と一体化して当該導電部を保持する保持部とを備え、
導電部は、保持部に対して突出しており、
電極面を、接続対象部材の傾斜又は湾曲した接続面形状に沿って予め傾斜又は湾曲させた傾斜湾曲対応面としたゴムコネクタ。
- 保持部の表面を、接続する接続対象部材の傾斜又は湾曲した接続面形状に沿って予め傾斜又は湾曲させた傾斜湾曲対応面とした請求項1記載のゴムコネクタ。
- 複数の導電部の同一面側の電極面が接続対象部材の接続面の傾斜又は曲面形状に沿って連続する傾斜又は曲面上に配置される請求項1または請求項2記載のゴムコネクタ。
- ベース部は、接続対象部材間で圧縮されてその押圧力を受ける請求項1〜請求項3何れか1項記載のゴムコネクタ。
- ベース部は、接続対象部材に接続した突出部品を収容する凹部を有する請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載のゴムコネクタ。
- ベース部の厚みをコネクタ部の厚みよりも厚く形成した請求項1〜請求項5何れか1項記載のゴムコネクタ。
- ベース部の表面を、接続対象部材の傾斜又は湾曲する接続面形状に沿って予め傾斜又は湾曲させた傾斜湾曲対応面とした請求項1〜請求項6何れか1項記載のゴムコネクタ。
