Description
1.鉄骨構造物を構成する鉄骨梁の被覆構造体であり、
上記鉄骨梁は、屋内側から屋外側に突出するものであり、
屋外側には、セメント及び軽量骨材を含む無機断熱材層(A)が設けられ、
屋内側には、熱発泡性被覆材層(B)が設けられていることを特徴とする被覆構造体。
2.上記熱発泡性被覆材層(B)が、熱発泡性樹脂シート層であることを特徴とする1.に記載の被覆構造体。
3.上記無機断熱材層(A)の上に、防水層が積層されたことを特徴とする1.または2.に記載の被覆構造体。

本発明のセメント及び軽量骨材を含む無機断熱材層(A)(以下「(A)層」ともいう。)は、鉄骨梁の屋外側に設けられるものであり、断熱性及び耐熱保護性を有するものである。このような(A)層を鉄骨梁の屋外側に設けることによって、熱橋を防止し、屋内側の鉄骨表面に結露が発生することを抑制することができる。また、鉄骨が高温に晒された場合に、物理的強度が急激に低下することを抑制することもできる。
本発明の熱発泡性被覆材層(B)(以下、「(B)層」ともいう。)とは、通常は薄膜であるが、火災等により周辺温度が所定の温度に達すると発泡し、炭化断熱層を形成するものである。本発明の(B)層は、上記効果を発揮するものであれば特に限定されず、コーティング材やシート等の形態の熱発泡性被覆材によって形成できる。このような熱発泡性被覆材としては、熱可塑性樹脂、難燃剤、発泡剤、炭化剤、及び充填剤等を含むものが好ましい。これらの各成分は、火災発生時において、相互の複合作用により熱膨張、炭化断熱層形成、不燃性ガスの発生等の機能を発現することにより、優れた耐熱保護性を発揮することができる。本発明における熱発泡性被覆材としては、特に熱発泡性樹脂シートが好適である。
本発明の被覆構造体は、屋内側から屋外側に突出する鉄骨梁の被覆構造体であり、無機断熱材層(A)と熱発泡性被覆材層(B)を併用するものである。特に、屋外側に無機断熱材層(A)、屋内側に熱発泡性被覆材層(B)が設けられていることにより、熱橋現象による結露等の発生を抑制するとともに、梁下部においても十分な階高を確保でき、耐熱保護性、美観性にも優れる。
A 6021 建築用塗膜防水材や、JIS A 6909 複層仕上塗材防水形主材に該当するもの等が挙げられる。防水層の伸び率、透水量は、JIS A 6909の規定に基づいて測定できる。
また、本発明の効果を著しく阻害しない範囲内であれば、表面保護性、意匠性等を高める目的で、公知の保護層及び/または化粧層を上記(A)層または防水層、あるいは(B)層の上に積層することもできる。このような保護層及び/または化粧層としては、例えば、JIS
A6909 建築用仕上塗材、JIS K5658建築用耐候性上塗り塗料、JIS K5660 つや有合成樹脂エマルションペイント、JIS K5663 合成樹脂エマルションペイント、JIS K5668合成樹脂エマルション模様塗料等に規定されるものや、各種シート材料等が挙げられ、これらを公知の方法で積層すればよい。
ポルトランドセメント100重量部に対して、アクリル樹脂エマルションを10重量部、膨張パーライト80重量部、水酸化アルミニウムを200重量部、メチルセルロース0.7重量部、及び水を100重量部加えて、十分に攪拌してスラリー状の断熱材1を作製した。
熱可塑性樹脂100重量部、膨張剤60重量部、炭化剤60重量部、難燃剤300重量部、充填剤75重量部を120℃に加温したニーダーで混練、圧延後、室温まで放冷し、膜厚1.5mmのシート状の熱発泡性樹脂シート1を得た。なお、原料としては以下のものを使用した。
・熱可塑性樹脂:酢酸ビニル/エチレン共重合樹脂(軟化温度66℃)
・発泡剤:メラミン
・炭化剤:ペンタエリスリトール
・難燃剤:ポリリン酸アンモニウム
・充填材:酸化チタン
平鋼(150×36mm、L=1200mm)の、端部から1000mmにアクリル系接着剤を介して、熱発泡性樹脂シート1を貼着し熱発泡性被覆層を形成した。次いで、平鋼の他方端部から200mmの範囲に、断熱材1を乾燥膜厚が20mmとなるようにコテで塗付し非発泡性の無機断熱材層を形成した。さらに、熱発泡性被覆層の上にJIS K5663に該当する合成樹脂エマルションペイント、無機断熱材層の上に、JIS A6909防水形合成樹脂エマルション系複層仕上塗材に該当する下塗材、主材、及び上塗材を積層し試験体1を得た。なお、無機断熱材層と熱発泡性被覆層は突き合わせて被覆した。得られた試験体1は、熱発泡性被覆層は薄膜であり、美観性にも優れた仕上がりであった。
得られた試験体1において、無機断熱材層と熱発泡性被覆層の境目より、無機断熱材層部分を雰囲気温度0℃(屋外側)、熱発泡性被覆層部分を雰囲気温度が25〜28℃(屋内側)となるように設置し、熱発泡性被覆層の表面での結露発生の有無を確認した。その結果、結露の発生は認められなかった。
得られた試験体1を、ISO834の標準加熱曲線に準じて一定時間(1時間)加熱し、試験体を室温に冷却した後、試験体の形状を目視にて評価した。その結果、熱発泡性樹脂シート部分では均一な炭化断熱層を形成し、また、無機断熱材層の形状は保持されており、優れた耐熱保護性を示した。
試験体1の無機断熱材層を設けなかった以外は、試験例1と同様にして試験体2を作製し、同様の試験を実施した。その結果、結露試験では、熱発泡性被覆層の表面(屋内側)で結露発生が認められた。また、加熱試験では、屋外側の耐熱保護性が不十分であった。

- 鉄骨構造物を構成する鉄骨梁の被覆構造体であり、
上記鉄骨梁は、屋内側から屋外側に突出するものであり、
屋外側には、セメント及び軽量骨材を含む無機断熱材層(A)が設けられ、
屋内側には、熱発泡性被覆材層(B)が設けられていることを特徴とする被覆構造体。 - 上記熱発泡性被覆材層(B)が、熱発泡性樹脂シート層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆構造体。
- 上記無機断熱材層(A)の上に、防水層が積層されたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の被覆構造体。
