Description
図1は、本発明の基本形態に係る締結部構造を示している。図1において、1は締結部2を有する逐次破壊可能な材料からなる部材を示しており、部材1の締結部2の周囲に同心円状の複数のリブ壁3、4が設けられている。本実施態様では、2つのリブ壁3、4が設けられているが、3つ以上の同心円状のリブ壁が設けられていてもよい。また、本実施態様では、リブ壁3、4間に、リブ壁3、4間にわたって放射状に延びる複数のリブ5が設けられている。この締結部構造において、締結部2の孔に締結のために挿入される締結部材(図示略)に最も近い最内層リブ壁3におけるベアリング強度よりも、少なくとも2層目のリブ壁4におけるベアリング強度の方が低く設定されている。
(1)同心円状のリブ壁の間隔を変える、具体的には、最内層と2層目のリブ壁の間の間隔を、2層目と3層目の間の間隔に比べて小さくすると、2層目と3層目の間の方が座屈しやすくなり、同様の効果が得られる。
(2)また、上記(1)と同様、放射状リブに関して、最内層と2層目の同心円状のリブ壁間の放射状リブの本数を、2層目と3層目の間の放射状リブの本数に比べて多くする。このようにしても、2層目と3層目の間の放射状リブの方が座屈しやすくなり、同様の効果が得られる。
(3)さらに、同心円状リブ壁や放射状リブに関して、最内層に近いほど、リブの高さを高くする。このようにしても、外層側における部位ほど径方向強度を弱めることができ、同様の効果が得られる。

Claims (5)
- 締結部を有する部材の該締結部周囲に同心円状の複数のリブ壁を有し、締結部材に最も近い最内層リブ壁におけるベアリング強度よりも、少なくとも2層目のリブ壁におけるベアリング強度を低くした締結部構造であって、前記部材が締結部周囲に3層以上の同心円状のリブ壁を有し、最内層リブ壁と2層目のリブ壁との間の部位における径方向強度が、2層目のリブ壁と3層目のリブ壁との間の部位における径方向強度よりも大きく、締結部を有する部材に縦横に延びる補強リブが配置され、締結部を有する部材が、ガラス転移温度が30℃〜150℃であるポリアミドを含む材料から構成されていることを特徴とする締結部構造。
- 前記部材が、逐次破壊可能な材料からなる、請求項1に記載の締結部構造。
- 前記同心円状のリブ壁間に、径方向に延びる放射状のリブが設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の締結部構造。
- 前記締結部において、締結部材の周囲にカラーが嵌合されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の締結部構造。
- 前記締結部材がボルトからなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の締結部構造。
