Abstract
1. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер, включающий: ! внутренний слой пластмассы, пригодный для выдувного формования, и внешний слой пластмассы, пригодный для выдувного формования, прилегающий к указанному внутреннему слою, при этом указанный ! внешний слой пластмассы образован в виде пены, в порах которой ! заключен диоксид углерода или азот. ! 2. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внутренний слой пластмассы включает пластмассу, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, эфиров акрилонитриловой кислоты, винилхлоридов, полиолефинов, полиамидов и их производных, смесей и сополимеров. ! 3. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внутренний слой пластмассы содержит полиэтилентерефталат. ! 4. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы содержит пластмассу, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, эфиров акрилонитриловой кислоты, винилхлоридов, полиолефинов, полиамидов и их производных, смесей и сополимеров. ! 5. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы содержит сложный полиэфир. ! 6. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы содержит полиэтилентерефталат. ! 7. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы и указанный внутренний слой пластмассы одинаковы. ! 8. Claims (20)
1. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер, включающий:
внутренний слой пластмассы, пригодный для выдувного формования, и внешний слой пластмассы, пригодный для выдувного формования, прилегающий к указанному внутреннему слою, при этом указанный
внешний слой пластмассы образован в виде пены, в порах которой
заключен диоксид углерода или азот.
2. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внутренний слой пластмассы включает пластмассу, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, эфиров акрилонитриловой кислоты, винилхлоридов, полиолефинов, полиамидов и их производных, смесей и сополимеров.
3. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внутренний слой пластмассы содержит полиэтилентерефталат.
4. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы содержит пластмассу, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, эфиров акрилонитриловой кислоты, винилхлоридов, полиолефинов, полиамидов и их производных, смесей и сополимеров.
5. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы содержит сложный полиэфир.
6. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы содержит полиэтилентерефталат.
7. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы и указанный внутренний слой пластмассы одинаковы.
8. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором указанный внешний слой пластмассы и указанный внутренний слой пластмассы различны.
9. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, в котором в порах пены заключен газ, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из диоксида углерода, азота, аргона, воздуха, а также их смесей и производных.
10. Изготовленный выдувным формованием контейнер по п.1, также включающий резьбовую часть, сформированную на конце контейнера и предназначенную для надеваемой крышки.
11. Многослойная преформа, включающая:
внутренний слой пластмассы; и
внешний слой пластмассы, прилегающий к указанному внутреннему слою, при этом указанный внешний слой пластмассы образован в виде пены, причем внутри пор пены заключен газ.
12. Способ изготовления контейнера со стенками из вспениваемого материала, включающий следующие операции:
- инжекционное формование преформы полимера;
- покрытие в процессе формования полимерной преформы полимером, внутри стенок которого заключен нереакционноспособный газ;
- охлаждение преформы до температуры ниже температуры размягчения полимера;
- повторное нагревание преформы до температуры выше температуры размягчения полимера;
и выдувное формование преформы для получения контейнера, по существу состоящего из микропористого вспененного полимера, с внешним пенным слоем, внутри пор микропористой пены которого заключен нереакционноспособный газ.
13. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, в котором полимер включает полимер, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, полипропилена, эфиров акрилонитриловой кислоты, винилхлоридов, полиолефинов, полиамидов и их производных, смесей и сополимеров.
14. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, в котором полимер содержит полиэтилентерефталат.
15. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, в котором нереакционноспособный газ включает диоксид углерода, азот, аргон или их смеси.
16. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, в котором нереакционноспособный газ включает диоксид углерода.
17. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, в котором нереакционноспособный газ включает диоксид углерода в концентрации до 10 мас.%.
18. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, согласно которому полимерная преформа, внутри стенок которой заключен нереакционноспособный газ, подвергается в процессе формования покрытию полимером при использования способа многостадийного инжекционного формования.
19. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, согласно которому преформа полимера, внутри стенок которой заключен нереакционноспособный газ, подвергается в процессе формования покрытию полимером при использовании способа совместной экструзии.
20. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.12, согласно которому преформа полимера, внутри стенок которой заключен нереакционноспособный газ, подвергается в процессе формования покрытию полимером при использовании способа совместного инжекционного формования.
