Claims (1)
- 処理対象である電池電極用塗料の中間材料を含む液体に対して脱泡処理を含む処理を行う電池電極用塗料製造用の液体処理装置であって、
減圧空間において液体を落下させることによって脱泡処理を行う減圧脱泡機構と、
前記減圧脱泡機構と前記減圧空間を共有し、かつ前記減圧空間に前記液体の液面を暴露させた状態で前記液体を滞留させることにより前記液体に対して安定化処理を行うための滞留安定化槽と、を備え、
前記減圧脱泡機構は、
前記液体を受ける受液面を有し、かつ前記受液面に対して交差する方向に延びる回転軸廻りに回転自在であるロータと、
前記ロータの径方向外方において前記ロータを囲み、かつ前記滞留安定化槽とは別体とされた筒体と、を備え、
前記受液面は、半球殻形状又は椀形状であり、
外部から送液された前記液体を前記減圧脱泡機構の前記受液面によって受け、かつ前記減圧脱泡機構を経た液体を、前記筒体によって前記滞留安定化槽の液面に直接落下させることを特徴とする、電池電極用塗料製造用の液体処理装置。
