Description
本发明涉及一种废电池处理装置,具体是一种废干电池的破碎分离装置。
伴随着社会的发展,废旧电池的日益猛增,回收利用废旧电池已迫在眉睫。对废旧电池进行处理和循环利用,不仅可以解决其所含有毒物质对环境的污染,更是寻求可持续发展的必经之路。然而,废旧电池循环利用的现状却不容乐观,回收工作还不到位,回收后的电池得不到很好的处理,导致人们对废电池回收没有一个深刻的认识。对于废旧电池的回收利用还存在着许多问题,据有关部门统计,我国有1400多家电池厂,每年消耗干电池180亿节,且以10%的速度递增,而回收率不足2%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种废干电池的破碎分离装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种废干电池的破碎分离装置,包括端盖和箱体;所述端盖上设置有废电池入口,端盖与箱体通过螺栓和螺母旋合固定连接;所述箱体设置有凸缘、大块物出料口、粉末物出料口、上托板、下托板、破碎装置和液压传动装置;所述上托板和下托板通过凸缘固定在箱体内侧,上托板和下托板上设置有落料管道通孔;所述落料管道通孔沿着上托板和下托板圆周方向均匀分布;所述破碎装置由执行装置、传动件、动力源和分离装置组成;所述执行装置由漏斗形螺纹刀、锥形螺纹刀、搅拌棒组成;所述漏斗形螺纹刀通过端盖和凸缘固定在箱体内部;所述锥形螺纹刀和转轴上端固定连接;所述搅拌棒和转轴下端固定连接;所述传动件由大齿轮、小齿轮和转轴组成;所述大齿轮与转轴固定连接;所述小齿轮和电机转轴固定连接,小齿轮与大齿轮相互啮合;所述转轴两端分别与锥形螺纹刀和搅拌棒固定连接,通过轴承固定在上托盘和下托盘上;所述动力源为固定在下托盘的电动机;所述分离装置由落料管道、漏斗形粉末落料盘、粉末托板,大物块托板组成;所述落料管道固定在上托板和下托板的落料管道通孔内;所述漏斗形粉末落料盘内侧面开有分离孔;所述粉末托板呈椭圆状,中心开设有缸体直径大小的通孔,倾斜设置在箱体内侧;所述大物料托板呈半椭圆状,倾斜设置在箱体内侧和液压传动装置外侧;所述液压传动装置由液压泵、柱塞和缸体组成;所述液压泵与箱体底部固定连接,与缸体固定连接;所述柱塞与液压泵相连;所述缸体呈圆筒状,开设有出料口,缸体紧密套在粉末托板和大物料托板,缸体上部与漏斗形粉末落料盘固定连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述凸缘设置在漏斗形螺纹刀、上托板、下托板和漏斗形粉
末落料盘的下方。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述上托板和下托板上设置的落料管道通孔一一对应,大小相同,具有相同的圆心轴。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述漏斗形螺纹刀两侧面形成的夹角小于锥形螺纹刀母线所形成的夹角。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过动力源电动机带动转轴旋转,进而带动锥形螺纹刀旋转,废电池从废电池入口进入,进入锥形螺纹刀和漏斗形螺纹刀的咬合区,锥形螺纹刀转动带动废电池转动,充分高效的对废电池进行破碎;破碎后的电池包括块状坚硬物和粉末状混合物,搅拌棒搅拌块状坚硬物和粉末状混合物使粉末状混合物从漏斗形粉末落料盘下落,剩下的物质主要是块状坚硬物,液压泵启动,带动柱塞沿着缸体下放,块状坚硬物经过缸体下落至大物块托板上,最后经大物料出口排出,该发明对废电池破碎充分彻底,效率高效,经分离后粉末状物质和大块状物质被分离开来,为后续重金属的处理奠定了基础,该装置使用方便,效率高。
