Claims (4)
- 電気自動車のバッテリとインバータとの間に設けられて自動車の電力系統にバッテリ電源を安定して供給又は遮断するバッテリディスコネクトユニットにおいて、
上面が開放された箱状に形成され、下面には中継端子を挿入するための中継端子孔が形成される下部ケースと、
前記下部ケースの内部に収容されて前記中継端子を押圧できるように結合され、上面には電気部品が取り付けられるミドルカバーとを含み、
前記ミドルカバーには、前記下部ケースへの締結のための第1固定用フックが形成され、
前記ミドルカバーの下面には、組立時の基準点となるガイドバーが垂直に形成され、
前記下部ケースには、前記ガイドバーを結合するためのバー孔が形成され、
前記バー孔の周囲には、前記ガイドバーを支持する丸管支持台が所定の高さを有するように形成され、
前記下部ケースには、前記第1固定用フックを挿入結合するためのフック孔が形成され、
前記フック孔の周囲には、前記第1固定用フックを支持する角管支持台が所定の高さを有するように形成される、
バッテリディスコネクトユニット。 - 前記ミドルカバーには、前記中継端子に一端が接続されるバスバーの上下移動を制限するバスバー固定バーが形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリディスコネクトユニット。
- 前記ミドルカバーには、側面脚部が突設され、前記側面脚部には、シグナルバスバーを固定するための固定孔が形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリディスコネクトユニット。
- 前記側面脚部の一端部には、前記シグナルバスバーを支持する第2固定用フックが形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリディスコネクトユニット。
