Claims (10)
- 溶鋼を提供する溶鋼提供部と、
前記溶鋼提供部の下部に配置され、前記溶鋼提供部によって提供される溶鋼を粉末化するために前記溶鋼に冷却流体を噴射する冷却流体噴射部と、
を含み、
前記冷却流体噴射部は、前記溶鋼を冷却させて粉末化する第1の流れ、及び前記溶鋼に下降気流を形成させる第2の流れを形成し、
前記冷却流体噴射部は、流れ落ちる溶鋼が中央部を通過するように下方に向かって配置される截頭円錐状部を含むガイドと、前記ガイドの外側に配置され、前記ガイドに冷却流体を噴射する噴射ノズルと、を含むことを特徴とする、粉末製造装置。 - 前記第2の流れは、溶鋼が流れ落ちる方向を中心に回転下降する流れであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記ガイドには前記第2の流れを誘導する螺旋部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記螺旋部は前記ガイドの表面に形成された溝であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記螺旋部は前記ガイドの中心を基準に複数個が対称的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記冷却流体噴射部は、前記第1の流れの流量が前記第2の流れの流量より多いように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルは、ストレートジェットで構成され、前記冷却流体を前記ガイドの截頭円錐状部に向かって噴射するために配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルは前記ガイドの截頭円錐状部より上側に位置し、前記噴射ノズルが鉛直線となす角は前記截頭円錐状部の傾斜面が鉛直線となす角より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 前記冷却流体は水であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粉末製造装置。
- 溶鋼を提供する溶鋼提供段階と、
前記溶鋼提供段階で提供された溶鋼を冷却流体によって微粒化させる粉末形成段階と、
を含み、
前記粉末形成段階と同時に粉末の粗大化を抑制するように冷却流体と溶鋼の衝突地点に前記冷却流体による下降気流を形成する下降気流形成段階が行われ粉末形成方法であって、
前記粉末形成段階は、前記溶鋼と前記冷却流体の衝突地点を中心に外気の流入を防ぐ冷却流体壁を形成し、
前記下降気流形成段階は、回転流による下降気流を形成するように前記冷却流体を下方に向かって回転させて提供することを特徴とする、粉末形成方法。
