Description
本発明による電動パワーステアリング装置は、上記の電動機駆動制御装置と、車両の運転者によるステアリング操作を前記車両の転舵輪に伝達する伝達機構と、前記電動機駆動制御装置の制御により駆動され、前記ステアリング操作をアシストするための回転トルクを発生する電動機とを備える。
本発明による電動ブレーキ装置は、上記の電動機駆動制御装置と、車両の運転者によるブレーキ操作を作動液を介して前記車両の制動機構に伝達する伝達機構と、前記電動機駆動制御装置の制御により駆動され、前記ブレーキ操作に応じて前記作動液の液圧を増加させるための回転トルクを発生する電動機とを備える。
本発明による電動ポンプ装置は、上記の電動機駆動制御装置と、作動液の液圧を増加させるポンプと、前記電動機駆動制御装置の制御により駆動され、前記ポンプを動作させるための回転トルクを発生する電動機とを備える。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電動機駆動制御装置の構成を示す図である。ここでは、電動機駆動制御装置の一例として、車両の電動パワーステアリング装置に使用される電動機の駆動制御装置の構成を示している。

次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る電動機駆動制御装置について説明する。図12は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る電動機駆動制御装置の構成を示す図である。図12において、図1に示した第1の実施形態の構成と異なる部分は、図1の中性点電圧検出回路120の代わりに相電圧検出回路121が設けられている点と、インバータ回路110の出力側の各相に遮断スイッチSW1,SW2,SW3が設けられている点である。

次に、本発明の第3の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、第1、第2の各実施形態で説明したような電動機駆動制御装置を適用した電動パワーステアリング装置について説明する。図14は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る電動パワーステアリング装置500を含むステアリングシステムの構成を示す図である。
次に、本発明の第4の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、第1、第2の各実施形態で説明したような電動機駆動制御装置を適用した車両用の電動ブレーキ装置について説明する。図15は、本発明の第4の実施形態に係る電動ブレーキ装置の構成を示す図である。
次に、本発明の第5の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、第1、第2の各実施形態で説明したような電動機駆動制御装置を適用した車両用の電動ポンプ装置について説明する。図16は、本発明の第5の実施形態に係る電動ポンプ装置23を含む油圧ポンプシステムの構成を示す図である。
Claims (9)
- 電動機の駆動を制御する電動機駆動制御装置であって、
直流母線を介して入力される直流電力を多相の交流電力に変換して前記電動機に出力するインバータ回路と、
前記直流母線に流れる直流電流を検出する電流検出器と、
前記インバータ回路を制御するためのPWM信号を生成して前記インバータ回路に出力するPWM生成器と、
前記電流検出器により検出された直流電流の値と、前記PWM信号とに基づいて、前記電動機に流れる各相の電流値を演算する電流演算器と、
前記電流演算器により演算された各相の電流値に基づいて、前記PWM生成器を制御するための指令信号を生成して前記PWM生成器に出力する電流制御器と、を備え、
前記電流演算器は、前記交流電力においていずれかの相が欠相した場合に、前記欠相した相を判定して他の相の電流値を演算し、前記PWM信号に応じた前記インバータ回路の各相の出力電圧、または前記PWM信号に応じた前記直流電流の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記欠相した相を判定する電動機駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動機駆動制御装置において、
前記インバータ回路の各相の出力電圧に基づいて前記電動機の中性点電圧を検出する中性点電圧検出回路をさらに備え、
前記電流演算器は、前記中性点電圧検出回路により検出された中性点電圧に基づいて、前記欠相した相を判定する電動機駆動制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電動機駆動制御装置において、
前記電流演算器は、前記PWM信号のパルスパターンに基づいて、前記電動機の中性点電圧の理論値である正規中性点電圧を求め、前記中性点電圧と前記正規中性点電圧とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいて、前記欠相した相を判定する電動機駆動制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電動機駆動制御装置において、
前記電流演算器は、前記中性点電圧と予め設定された複数の閾値とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいて、前記欠相した相を判定する電動機駆動制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電動機駆動制御装置において、
前記複数の閾値は、第1の閾値、第2の閾値および第3の閾値を含み、
前記電流演算器は、前記PWM信号のパルスパターンに基づいて、前記第1の閾値、前記第2の閾値または前記第3の閾値のいずれかを選択し、選択した閾値を前記中性点電圧と比較する電動機駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の電動機駆動制御装置において、
前記交流電力においていずれかの相が欠相した場合に警告を行う電動機駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の電動機駆動制御装置と、
車両の運転者によるステアリング操作を前記車両の転舵輪に伝達する伝達機構と、
前記電動機駆動制御装置の制御により駆動され、前記ステアリング操作をアシストするための回転トルクを発生する電動機と、を備える電動パワーステアリング装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の電動機駆動制御装置と、
車両の運転者によるブレーキ操作を作動液を介して前記車両の制動機構に伝達する伝達機構と、
前記電動機駆動制御装置の制御により駆動され、前記ブレーキ操作に応じて前記作動液の液圧を増加させるための回転トルクを発生する電動機と、を備える電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の電動機駆動制御装置と、
作動液の液圧を増加させるポンプと、
前記電動機駆動制御装置の制御により駆動され、前記ポンプを動作させるための回転トルクを発生する電動機と、を備える電動ポンプ装置。
