Claims (5)
- キャリア信号により電圧が印加されるように作られたRFIDアンテナアセンブリーを具備し、1以上の原料から製品を形成する処理システムであって、該RFIDアンテナアセンブリーは、
マルチセグメントのループアンテナアセンブリーを有する誘導分であって、
該マルチセグメントのループアンテナアセンブリーは、
少なくとも第1のアンテナセグメントの中のキャリア信号の位相シフトを減少させるように作られた少なくとも第1の位相シフト要素が含まれることを特徴とする、少なくとも第1のアンテナセグメントと、
少なくとも第2のアンテナセグメントの中のキャリア信号の位相シフトを減少させるように作られた少なくとも第2の位相シフト要素が含まれることを特徴とする、少なくとも第2のアンテナセグメントと、
を有し、
各アンテナセグメントの長さはキャリア信号の波長の25%以下であることを特徴とするマルチセグメントのループアンテナアセンブリー
を有することを特徴とする誘導分と、
前記マルチセグメントのループアンテナアセンブリーとのインピーダンスを調整するように作られた少なくとも1つのマッチング部品と、
を具備し、
前記処理システムは、前記原料を保持するよう作られた製品容器を具備し、該製品容器に関するデータを保存したRFIDタグアセンブリーが前記製品容器の各々に取り付けられていることを特徴とし、
前記誘導分は、処理システムのアクセスアセンブリーに隣接して設置され、該アクセスアセンブリーのアクセスドア及び/又はアクセスパネルは、前記製品容器に取り付けられた前記RFIDタグアセンブリーが該誘導分に接近したときだけ該製品容器を取り換えるために開けることができるよう作られることを特徴とする、
処理システム。 - 前記RFIDアンテナアセンブリーは、キャリア信号を発生させることのできるRFIDサブシステムと結合するように作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理システム。
- 前記キャリア信号は、915MHzのキャリア信号であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の処理システム。
- 前記キャリア信号の波長が約13インチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理システム。
- キャリア信号周波数の範囲でRFIDアンテナアセンブリーを使用することができるように作られたQ減少要素をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理システム。
