Description
Claims (6)
- 予め準備した第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材を本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結して、該第一の取付部材と該第二の取付部材を備えた該本体ゴム弾性体の一体加硫成形品を得る本体ゴム成形工程と、
該第二の取付部材の外周面と予め準備した嵌着筒部材の内周面との少なくとも一方に、該第二の取付部材および該嵌着筒部材の開口に向かって延びる圧抜きリップが突設されたシールゴム層を被着形成するシールゴム成形工程と、
該本体ゴム弾性体の一体加硫成形品における該第二の取付部材に該嵌着筒部材を外挿すると共に、該第二の取付部材に外挿された該嵌着筒部材に非圧縮性流体中で絞り加工を施して、内部に非圧縮性流体を封入された流体室を形成すると共に、該圧抜きリップを該第二の取付部材と該嵌着筒部材の何れか一方に突出方向で押し当てて該シールゴム層を該圧抜きリップの両側で凹陥させることにより該流体室を外部に連通させながら該嵌着筒部材を該第二の取付部材に外嵌する組立工程と、
該嵌着筒部材を更に縮径して該第二の取付部材と該嵌着筒部材との間で該シールゴム層を狭圧することにより、該第二の取付部材と該嵌着筒部材の重ね合わせ面間を流体密に封止して該流体室を密閉する封止工程と
を、有することを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。 - 前記組立工程において、直線的に延びる筒状とされた前記第二の取付部材に、一方の開口に向かって拡開するテーパ筒状とされた前記嵌着筒部材を一方の開口側から外挿する請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。
- 前記圧抜きリップが複数形成されており、それら複数の圧抜きリップが前記第二の取付部材および前記嵌着筒部材の周方向で互いに所定距離を隔てて配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。
- 前記圧抜きリップが前記第二の取付部材に対する前記嵌着筒部材の外挿方向で直線的に延びている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。
- 前記シールゴム層には前記第二の取付部材および前記嵌着筒部材の周方向に延びる環状のシールリップが突出形成されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。
- 前記嵌着筒部材の開口が可撓性膜で流体密に閉塞されて、前記本体ゴム弾性体と該可撓性膜の間に前記流体室が形成されると共に、
該流体室には仕切部材が配設されて外周面を該嵌着筒部材で支持される一方、
該流体室が該仕切部材を挟んで二分されて、壁部の一部を該本体ゴム弾性体で構成された受圧室と、壁部の一部を該可撓性膜で構成された平衡室とが、該仕切部材を挟んだ各一方の側に形成されると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が形成される請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。
