Claims (8)
- 軸方向に延在するジョイントピン(3)と、これを完全に又は部分的に半径方向に包囲する弾性変形可能な層(5)とを有し、この層が、その半径方向外側(6)で少なくとも領域的にハウジング(2)と接触し、少なくとも軸方向の一端でリング体(7)と結合又はこのリング体に加硫装着され、ジョイントピン(3)が、弾性変形可能な層(5)及び少なくとも1つのリング体(7)と共に、ハウジング(2)に対して相対的に可動のジョイント本体(8)を構成し、ジョイント本体(8)のその長手方向軸(9)を中心とする回転能力が、弾性変形可能な層の外側(6)のハウジングに対する当接部に対して付加的に設けられた回転防止部(10)を介して阻止され、回転防止部を形成するため、リング体(7)が、プレス嵌めを介してハウジング(2)内に保持され、リング体(7)に、半径方向外向きの、ローレットの形式の歯溝(12)が配置されている、ジョイント装置(1)において、
歯溝(12)が、噛合い係合式に、ハウジング(2)の半径方向内向きの壁に係合し、ロックリング(11)が、ハウジング(2)に設けられた溝に保持され、軸方向の予荷重下で、リング体(7)と弾性変形可能な層(5)を固定すること、を特徴とするジョイント装置(1)。 - リング体(7)が、歯溝(12)を介して付加的に摩擦係合式にハウジング(2)に支持されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のジョイント装置(1)。
- 軸方向の予荷重により、弾性層(5)が、組込み位置で、ハウジング(2)の半径方向の凹所(2a)に圧入されていること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のジョイント装置(1)。
- 凹所(2a)によって、ハウジング(2)の半径方向内向きの壁の凹の壁ラインが構成されていること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載のジョイント装置(1)。
- 付加的な回転防止部(10)として、軸方向の構成要素でもってロックリング(11)及びジョイント本体のリング体(7)に係合するブロック手段又はピンが設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のジョイント装置(1)。
- ロックリング(11)が、多層の層状リングであること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のジョイント装置(1)。
- 弾性変形可能な層(5)が、リング体(7)に加硫装着されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のジョイント装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のジョイント装置(1)を少なくとも1つ有する自動車。
