Claims (9)
- 上面と下面(4)と2つの横面(3)と2つの縦面(6)とを備えた、スリップコントロール型車両ブレーキ装置用直方体状液圧ブロックであって、該液圧ブロック(1)の1つの横面(3)に並設されている複数個のホイールブレーキ用接続部(2)と、前記液圧ブロック(1)の前記下面(4)に配置されている複数個のブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と、前記液圧ブロック(1)の前記上面に並設されている複数個の増圧弁用受容部(9)と、ピストンポンプの複数個のポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)と、前記増圧弁用受容部(9)の複数個の連通部(11)と、1つの前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と1つの前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)の圧力側との間のそれぞれ1つの連通部(14)とを備えた前記液圧ブロックにおいて、前記ホイールブレーキ用接続部(2)が前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)の下に配置されていること、前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)との前記連通部(14)が、前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)とを前記増圧弁用受容部(9)と接続させていること、前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)との前記連通部(14)は、前記ホイールブレーキ用接続部(2)が配置されている前記横面(3)に対向している前記液圧ブロック(1)の横面まで貫通していて、
前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と1つの前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)および1つの前記増圧弁用受容部(9)との前記連通部(14)がチャンバー(12)を有していて、
前記チャンバー(12)が、前記増圧弁用受容部(9)の前記連通部(11)と接続し、且つ袋穴(15)を通じて前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と1つの前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)との前記連通部(14)と接続していることを特徴とする液圧ブロック。 - ホイールブレーキ用の外側の接続部(2)が前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)の下に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記チャンバー(12)が前記液圧ブロック(1)の縦面(6)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記増圧弁用受容部(9)の連通部(11)と前記袋穴(15)とが、前記チャンバー(12)の底部に開口し、且つ前記取り付け空間(8)に対し平行に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記増圧弁用受容部の連通部(11)と、前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)との間の前記連通部(14)とが、互いに直接に接続せずに延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)との前記連通部(14)が、前記増圧弁用受容部(9)の側方に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記ブレーキマスターシリンダ用接続部(5)と前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)との前記連通部(14)が、前記増圧弁用受容部(9)と前記液圧ブロック(1)の前記縦面(6)との間を通過するように延在していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記ポンプ要素用取り付け空間(8)が前記液圧ブロック(1)の前記縦面(6)にて開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記連通部(11,14)が前記液圧ブロック(1)の側面(3,6)に対し平行に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
