Claims (12)
- 薄板状の合成樹脂からなるベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルムの下面に形成され、前記ベースフィルムの周縁部を除いた中心部に接着剤が塗布されてなる接着層と、
前記ベースフィルムの下面と前記接着層の上面との間に形成され、センサーによって識別できるように一定の色がコーティングされてなるカラー印刷層と、を含んでなることを特徴とする二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。 - 前記ベースフィルムの厚みは、5〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記ベースフィルムの材質は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、延伸ポリプロピレン(OPP)、ポリイミド(PI)のうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極の接続用接着テープ。
- 前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記接着層は、前記ベースフィルムの全体の左右幅に比べて50〜99%の幅で前記ベースフィルムの下面の中心部に接着剤が塗布されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記接着層の厚みは、3〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記接着層は、前記接着剤が塗布されていない前記ベースフィルムの左右側の周縁部に粘着剤がそれぞれさらに塗布されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記粘着剤は、アクリル系粘着剤であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記粘着剤の粘着力は、50〜2000g/25mmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記接着層の下面に設けられ、前記ベースフィルムの幅と同じ幅を有する離型紙または離型フィルムをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記ベースフィルムの上面に形成され、シリコーン樹脂がコーティングされた後、紫外線によって硬化されてなるシリコン硬化樹脂層をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
- 前記ベースフィルムの上面に形成され、パラフィン樹脂またはシリコン樹脂が塗布された後、乾燥して形成されるベースフィルムカバー層をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の電極接続用接着テープ。
