Description
図6は実施の形態2におけるフィルターデバイスの200の断面図である。図6において、図1から図5に示す実施の形態1におけるフィルターデバイス100と同じ部分には同じ参照番号を付す。フィルターデバイス200は、実施の形態1におけるフィルターデバイス100の突起部104、106の代わりに、突起部204と係止部221とを備える。フィルターデバイス200は、筒101を容器105に挿入した際に、フィルター部102で捕捉された捕捉物である固体成分100Zが剥離あるいは脱離せず離れないように構成された捕捉維持機構を備える。捕捉維持機構は、例えば、図6に示すように、筒101を容器105へ挿入した際に試料100Xの一部がフィルター部102を通過せず容器105内に残るように構成されている。
図10は実施の形態3におけるフィルターデバイス300の断面図である。図10において、図1から図9に示す実施の形態1、2におけるフィルターデバイス100、200と同じ部分には同じ参照符号を付す。
図12は実施の形態4におけるフィルターデバイス400の断面図である。図12において、図1から図11Bに示す実施の形態1、2、3におけるフィルターデバイスと同じ部分には同じ参照符号を付す。実施の形態4におけるフィルターデバイス400は、実施の形態1〜3におけるフィルターデバイスの試料100Xを収容するように構成された容器105を備えておらず、代わりに、筒101が試料100Xを収容するように構成されている。筒101の内部に筒101を塞ぐようにフィルター部102が設けられている。筒101内のフィルター部102の上方、すなわちフィルター部102から筒101の開口端101Dに向かう方向に試料100Xが収容される。筒101の上方、すなわち筒101の開口端101Dから加圧機構441にて筒101内を加圧することにより、試料100Xをフィルター部102に通過させて濾過する。フィルターデバイス400は、加圧機構441を筒101内へと挿入した際に、フィルター部102と加圧機構441との間に収容された試料100Xの一部がフィルター部102を通過せずフィルター部102と加圧機構441との間に残るように構成された捕捉維持機構を備える。

Claims (4)
- 液体成分と、前記液体成分に混入した複数の固体成分とを有する試料を濾過することで、前記試料内に含まれる前記複数の固体成分を捕捉してかつ前記液体成分を通過させるフィルターデバイスであって、
前記試料を収容する容器と、
第一の開口部と第二の開口部を有し、前記第二の開口部側から前記容器に挿入される筒と、
前記筒の前記第一の開口部を密閉するキャップと、
前記筒内の前記第二の開口部に設けられたフィルター部と、
を備え、
前記筒は、前記筒が前記容器に挿入されているときに前記筒と前記容器との間の空間を密閉する第一の突起部を有し、前記キャップによって前記筒の前記第一の開口部が密閉された状態で、前記筒の前記第一の突起部を前記容器に挿入することで前記容器内に圧力を印加し、
前記容器内に圧力が印加された状態で前記キャップによる前記第一の開口部の密閉を解除することで、前記容器内の圧力が開放されて、前記筒内へと前記試料が濾過される、
フィルターデバイス。 - 前記第一の突起部は、前記容器の内周に沿った環状である、
請求項1に記載のフィルターデバイス。 - 前記容器は前記筒が挿入される開口部を有し、
前記筒は、前記筒を前記容器へ所定の深さ以上挿入させないように、前記容器の前記開口部に面した端部に当接するように構成された、第二の突起部を有する、
請求項2に記載のフィルターデバイス。 - 液体成分と、前記液体成分に混入した複数の固体成分とを有する試料を濾過することで、前記試料内に含まれる前記複数の固体成分を捕捉してかつ前記液体成分を通過させるフィルターデバイスであって、
第一の開口部と第二の開口部を有した筒部と、前記第二の開口部に配されたフィルター
部とで構成された、前記試料を収容する容器と、
貫通孔と前記貫通孔を密閉する可動栓を有し、前記可動栓によって前記貫通孔が密閉された状態で前記容器に挿入されることで、前記収容された試料を加圧して、前記試料を前記フィルター部で濾過させる加圧体と、
前記容器の内部において前記容器の第1の開口部側に延びる突起部と、
を備え、
前記可動栓が前記突起部に押されることにより、前記貫通孔が開放されて、
前記容器に収容された前記試料への加圧が解除される、
フィルターデバイス。
